I like to use this when Im really stressed out which is rare but most importantly before i meditate. It allows me to go deeper into my meditation due to the relaxation.
If you leave the toothpick in your mouth for a while this works very very well much to my surprise. The first time I tried it I was going about my day then just felt relaxation come over me. I was wondering what was gong on then remembered I had taken the toothpick.
