Horrible customer service. Guy with the red hair and pony tail has no personality and when I tried asking which one he’d go with the studio or project and he looked at me like I was stupid and said idk they’re both similar. No wonder I never come to you guys, I forget you guys have people like this that ruin the experience. Suggest some stuff and I would’ve kept adding but nah he wanna act like he don’t gotta talk. Joke.

Well first of all, all of the employees the other day when I came in for my break were very welcoming and in a great mood. Ti took amazing care of me and allowed my picky ass to browse. The Russian collusion and gelato by Korova were both pretty dry which was a disappointment and just didn’t have a great taste but Molotov cocktail was great. Grow sciences new vacuum seals are something too 🔥 but give Ti some free weed for her great customer service. She deserves something
