If I was going to compare this strain to a person, it would undoubtedly be Ziggy Stardust. This shit is flat out SPACY, Jack. That's not to say that I got too zoned out - I'd just say that Nebula puts a different spin on things. I'm always listening to or making music and found this bud to kind of "open things up" when listening. Tastes pleasant and sweet but not particularly strong. Dig it!

This sweet lady got my heart pumpin' and put me in a GREAT mood. If you're dealing with anxiety and/or depression, Love Potion #9 might prove to be helpful. In spite of the fact that Leafly's Strain Highlights recommends it for evening use, I wouldn't say that this strain slowed me down too much. To the contrary, I'd say that it gave me a certain lift. "Highly" recommended.

This strain isn't just named after an action hero, it IS an action hero. Intense but not overwhelming, it allowed me to remain focused and productive throughout the ride. As other reviewers have pointed out, it's worth noting that "Duke Nukem" should not be confused with "Nuken" which is a totally different animal and seems to be in wide circulation over the past year or so. Before trying this strain, I would have thought that a pure sativa was most often going to make the best "daytime" experience. Now, I've got to say that this hybrid is far better than your average sativa for daytime. Again, there's an intensity about this strain but it comes off more as an energy boost and encouraging creative thinking. Definitely a favourite.

While I wouldn't say that I prefer sativa's to indicas, I'm wary of those indicas that get all fucky and couch locky. No so with the Purple Kush which was good times, all around. Taste is fairly earthy and while it's not the strongest purple/grape flavour that I've ever tasted - I'm always go for more - but the purp taste is definitely there. Light sessions yield a very relaxing vibe which is deep but manageable and doesn't take me out of the game TOO much. That's not to say that it isn't potent. Smoke a little more and this shit *will* fuck you up.

GREAT strain if you want to relax but still have to focus and get ish done. Does not inhibit motivation and may actually give a bit of a lift to productivity - depending on the person and the task at hand. Putting it up against Jack Herer, which shares some similar characteristics, I think I like PPP just a bit better. I find the high to be slightly more intense but for me, that also includes a bit more energy, as well. Comparisons it to strains like Lamb's Bread and some of the Burmese strains that I refer to as "work weed", same thing stands - the differences seem just a bit more pronounced and the PPP is a bit better tasting, as well. There's no accounting for tastes, but my my measure, it's a fairly decent flavor when vaped. FWIW, I use a Crafty by Storz & Bikel. It's certainly not bad but nothing that "wows" the palette, either. It's become a go-to "daytime" strain for me and I'd recommend it to anyone who is looking to get lifted and still walk them dogs.

A positive, mood-lifting high with lots of clear-headed energy. Not the most potent strain, however. Tastes very earthy and natural.
