Never.. ever... in ANY store have I been treated so rudely and crass by a manager. After they had given me the WRONG product I called them and in the process of trying to rectify the situation was abruptly, loudly (loud enough for my friend sitting across the room to stop and look up at me quizzically) and rudely told "SIR STOP SHOUTING"... I paused and said "I'm not-" she actually cuts me off..."SIR!!!" she shouts even louder.. "I'M TRYING TO HELP YOU. I CAN NOT HELP YOU IF YOUR SHOUTING" I said.. very calmly... "I'm not shouting ma'am.. you are..." she said I could come in and exchange it. I asked for her name and there was a long... pause... but she finally gave it. I did return promptly. I told her right there that I was much more upset over being accused of something I didn't do than the mistake THEY made by giving me the wrong product which cost me MORE money to exchange... I live a distance away. All she would say was "Sorry for the mistake" coolly with out looking at me. I told her I came to have my Anxieties alleviated not exacerbated. I was getting even more upset. At this point she finally looked at me and said "SIR do you want me to fix this or not?!" I was dumbfounded... NEVER been treated like this anywhere... I was shaking and furious. What I wanted was no hassles and NOT being accused of something I DID NOT DO and a SINCERE apology!!! I was offered water by another employee. She said without looking at me that she would be giving me a discount on my NEXT visit... I told her to keep it . I would NOT be back!!!! On my way out I hear her saying " I'm so sorry for his behavior... " I walk back in, she's talking to another customer that had been standing at the register next to me. Making eye contact... sincerely apologizing... NOW if she had just done that with ME in the FIRST place... this would be a POSITIVE review...

Great product. Wide variety. Good deals and incentives comparatively. Some issues with service and security (A.)I've only ever seen one and he always looks like he'd rather spit on you than let you in, no matter HOW nice you are, which I have ALWAYS been to him B.) The one time no one was there and I rang the bell... ONCE... and you'd think I was slamming the button repeatedly when he came out and said, "Alright! Alright! We're comin!") but I'm much more concerned about product quality and a good value than I am with someones unwarranted crappy attitude.

I've been here twice now. The interior is pleasant and customer service was very friendly. I liked the first time discounts. The potency of the buds were decent, but my first purchase had very very small buds that I would not have purchased had I known, though they do ask if I'd like to see the buds in the container first. I did look at them and noticed they were small and mentioned it, but hoped there were some bigger buds I couldn't see... sadly there were not. I mentioned this on my second visit and I received larger buds, which they made sure of and showed me. The buds were a bit dry too, but I've noticed the same problem with nearly all the dispensaries, so it may be a packaging issue, which are all the same. Overall I like this place and will be back again soon.

I received an "early invitation" e-mail for the grand opening of the new NETA dispensary in Brookline the next day. I was there less than two hours after they opened their doors for the first time. Great location! Easy to get to by train. Free parking in adjacent lot or along their street. The unique building used to be the Brookline Savings Bank when it was built in 1919. It is of the Beaux Art style and constructed of Buckeye grey sandstone, with an incredibly well restored interior with rose marble, mahogany woodwork, large ornate columns and a 20+ foot ceiling with glass dome, all of which lends wonderfully to the most amazing, comfy and welcoming atmosphere I've seen in a dispensary. Great, friendly and knowledgeable service. Their flower is very good. I picked up their Facewreck and Amnesia Haze, both great! I'll follow up on their vape oil cartridges later, but so far so good! Overall extremely pleased. This is officially my new go-to spot!

Ordered from them in October. Fast and friendly service! Great response time, quick! Got the vape oil and loved it!!! Sadly I kept missing out on each time they got more in because i'd either be out of town or out of money hahaha. but they were great at correspondence and keeping me up to date. This was the strongest flower I've tried thus far. I picked it up at a local despensary because of the claimed THC content, %33.15. I was skeptical but grabbed a gram. Pine earthy flavors lead to an immediate sedate state and nodding off (no idea how long) bowl in hand after two... three?... hits. Best thing for insomnia, man!

I find myself gravitating back to this strain often. It's very sweet, earthy flavor and uplifting, positive buzz gets my day started in grand fashion.
