Super effective for anxiety I notce I can smoke it during the day and go about my life clear headed and anxiety free then at night I can smoke it and fall asleep easily. Not that it makes me tired but sleep comes easily and naturally after I medicate. My friends who use Marijuana are usually disappointed with this strain because of the lack of a psychotropic effect and with heavy dosing you can get there kind of but if you're looking for a real buzz this isnt the strand for you. It definitely checks all the boxes of the positive effects of CBD you hear claimed and also a good number of the positive effects of THC. I thoroughly recommend it as a daily smoker for mild pain management inflammation anxiety muld insomnia uplifting mood and if you're trying to mellow out another high thc strand this is a great choice to do so by mixing some into your flower. Also great for edibles I prefer vaping it or using it to make honey for tea make sure your vape hits those higher temps to properly extract the CBD though.

This is beautiful. I am very relaxed and blissed out, but if my mom called me, I'd be able to carry on a conversation. It reminds me of being high in the 90s, before everything got so strong. No paranoia; just a relaxed body and positive thoughts.

This strain is good medicine. I immediately feel it in my back and legs, washing over me in waves of tingling release. I feel muscles begin to relax ... that I didn't even know I was tensing. The effects begin to affect me cerebrally after about 10 minutes. I find myself much better able to prioritize. My anxiety is stifled by awareness. I'm able to complete several important tasks. Not before long I find myself giggling at the silliness of human nature and all of my silly human behaviors. I'm then struck with an overwhelming sense of the need to do yoga. I do that until my body feels enough relief (which audibly sounds like clicking, cracking and popping) to go lay down, and then I do. As I lay there it's as every nerve in my body is glowing. It feels warm and safe. I highly recommend this strain for combatting pain and anxiety. i think it's an interesting combination of thc to cbd and indica to sativa... it gives me a completely different experience when it comes to than I have had from a high cbd indica. I am not couch locked. but I am definitely waving between I need to do something and I need to just sit.

Got the 7/7 bud from a medical dispensary. Perfect for day time, I can focus and go about my day after using this. Smoke is a bit harsh but its nice and Piney, spicy and no choke I was expecting to be able to sleep after smoking 2 bowls but nope! It didn't wire me at all, but I just couldn't sleep! So I have to use this before 2 pm. Super focused super relaxed great painkiller with little psych effect. I like to top it off with a little high octane flower for more flavor and more euphoria. If I smoke alot of this, I'm VERY aroused when coming down! LOVE this one.

It keeps you very focused. Nice mellow high that doesn’t cause any anxiety. Not good for before bed; it got me very awake.

I suffer from PMS cramps and during the menses it is even worse! I usually smoke high THC and low CBD since it is easier to find strains like those over here. Came across this strain and I HAD to try it. Lord. This is amazing. It relaxes me without making me feel "too high" and soothes the pain a LOT. I'd totally recommend this strain for pain or if you are having a rough day and need to relax but also need to keep moving.

Personally I like it, been back to the dispensary 3 different times. I get a heavy body high and about 10 mins into I notice my anxiousness has almost completely alleviated.
