Dutch Hawaiian reviews
This strain took me by surprise to be honest! I usually don’t go with sativa strains as I get anxious from them, but I decided to try Dutch Hawaiian as I heard this strain doesn’t really cause anxiety. And boy were they right.
This strain has effects best from both sativa and indica, I feel the euphoria and lifted energetic buzz from the sativa and the mental laxity and happiness from the indica giving it a really balanced mostly heady high. As for the taste, I love it. It’s got this sort of sour peppery funk to it on the nose with a-bit of a flowery smell, and the taste is very unique it’s almost like that classic GMO taste paired with some tropical taste like Mango Haze and mild pine.
Overall I adore this strain and have now found a sativa that I can actually enjoy without the worry of anxiety! Highly recommend giving this strain a try if you haven’t already.
Dutch Hawaiian flower in a bowl, micro-dosing . I'm happy I disregarded the headache side effect associated
with this strain on Leafly through the reviews.
I have 2-5 migraines/wk and my condition makes cannabis a tricky medicine.
Indica and sativa both have strains that amplify or even cause a migraine for me and or hungover effect.
Today I pushed through a migraines onset in what seems to be a week long migraine
with an 1/8th of this in que at the local dispensary. I avoided taking the Triptan drug that relieves migraines
today, and tried 2 hits on a small bowl after work. Laid down, and realised the headache was gone.
It was as if I could feel my migraine dissolving into thin air. The best part about the migraine is I had no
lingering effects like brain fog, or drowsiness the Triptan drug Zomig usually leaves me with.
I felt happy and uplifted, and quite clearheaded unlike Durbin Poison.
For me the effects are rather long lasting with no jittery feeling.
I did however find myself a few times, not fast forwarding through commercials on the DVR, then realize
I was staring again. Not hazy, though haze is in the parentage, just a little time waster now and then.
As I let my feet down in the recliner about 90% to get up, I stopped the motor, and just set there.
In one fail swoop, I could feel myself crashing, but it had been a long day. It's bedtime now
and there's no sign I'll have any issues getting to sleep. This is a very clean, long lasting buzz for which I'm grateful.
A very promising strain for me right off the bat.
This is my 1st public review of any strain.
I've smoked since the late 70's, and have always wanted to try Hawaiian, and Acapulco Gold, and this hybrid is not disappointing.
I've tried about 15 different strains from Colorado, and so far this one is quite unique.
I would have to have a fresh batch of Bio-Diesel again, to compare and see which strain is more productive physically,
but like I say, this strain, Dutch Hawaiian is very promising for me.
Thanks Leafly for such a priceless pool of information. You're my go to for research, and find dispensaries.
I love how silly this strain makes me. It’s a fast, strong high, the only down side is the dry mouth.
Got this strain from someone who said they didn't like it.
If you like maximum chilling, music sounding good, sleepiness, and the giggles, this is your strain. A great strain for the end of a long day when you need to do nothing else but relax.
My mistake was smoking this in the morning because a few on here said it was good for wake and bake, for me this wasn't true. I have trouble getting motivated to start my day and complete tasks and thats why I wake and bake, this strain couch locked me. Fine on the weekend or when you have nothing that has to be done, but a nightmare if you actually want to be productive for the next 3-5 hours.
I have been a long-time user of Sour Diesel, I highly recommend it for anyone with depression or autism or ADHD who has trouble with executive functioning. The testimonials for it on here are bountiful on that fact.
Dutch Hawaiian is great to relax with, didn't feel anything negative, but if you have trouble starting your day, this will only bog you down further. It did for me, anyway.
best strain around right now in my opinion. all around taste and high.
This might be the holy grails of weed. Wow. This is special right here.
Picked up some Dutch Hawaiian from Trulieve in Rockville, Maryland on the first day of legalization on July 1st. It smells like shit in the best way possible, smokes so smoothly and tastes great. The high is super relaxed yet a little energetic too. LOVE IT!!! New add to my fav list.
Since 2018 this has been a staple in my medicine box. It can replace an adderall dose. It takes away autoimmune daily body aches (the awareness of body aches), it’s a reactionary buffer for emotionally passionate responding people. It kick starts executive function for ND people that struggle with it. It has aided my journey in becoming a more peaceful parent. Adding it to any product that isn’t as effective as you wanted always helps. It can definitely make you feel like your brain finally works correctly. It helps slow down sensory input and prevents panic attacks from sensory overload (4 kids with whiny voices complaining all at once). These are the great parts of this product. If I had to list a downside, and this is not even really a bother, but it could be for some, it is great at turning the brain on, but not great at shutting it down. Definitely not for bedtime. The other being product availability in Florida. Unfortunately, I am only able to find this at Trulieve in Jacksonville and their service isn’t as great a quality as their products. Seems the prices are also steep for the level of service they offer vs product availability. Recommend in any form as it does offer the same results across the board. The vape does seem to require more frequent use than the 6-8 hour flower or edible use. I am hoping to find this in RSO one day.
