The Vision reviews
Grew these seeds from Archive Seed Bank! “The Vision for a better future of cannabis cultivation” They came out terrific 2 plants yielding 4oz of beautiful indoor flowers! The Vision smells of sweet skunk wrapped in lemony-citrus which punches you fresh out the grinder. Upon smoking, first you feel a sativa-like headrush and the urge to get sh*t done! However, this is a 60/40 indica dominant; after about 30 minutes of enlightening racing thoughts and groundbreaking productivity, the indica shoves you into da couch and snacks magically appear in both your hands. The Vision is true to it’s name, really opens that third eye for awhile!
The strain I keep looking for.
1. If you have chronic pain, muscle spasms, severe anxiety or PTSD this is the sh*t to get.
I got a few joints of this strain on my visit to OR (had a medical card) a few years ago and the memory of how well it worked haunts me to this day. It’s the strain I keep looking for in CA.
When I had this I was severely disabled by rolling cluster migraines that would last for months at a time and had a spouse who was very abusive and was gaslighting me. I had so much anxiety during the time I was trying to GTFO of that marriage I just could not relax unless I was literally sedated to unconsciousness. If someone walked into a room behind me I would scream in terror and I was so spastic it was hard to move. I was bed bound or wheelchair bound most of the time. But having kids meant I could not just lay there and this was the only strain that had me feeling relaxed. COMPLETELY relaxed and had my usual 8-9 of 10 level pain managed to a 7-8. That doesn’t sound like much but it was the difference between being able to walk and talk or not being able to.
Note: You have to be VERY conservative with how much you take, because this can easily go from perfection of managing chronic pain and cPTSD to just couch locking your ass. (I had a pee accident because I had too much on board, though since I was mostly wheelchair bound at the time… could have been the level of my disability that caused it.)
2. Do note there is a reason it is called, “The Vision” and it’s very appropriate. It’s hard to explain unless you have done this, but the last time I felt this way was in my teens when I went on a Vision Quest. It took 2-3 days of fasting, limited water and literally being exposed to the elements in the summer in the middle of the f’ing desert and before the hallucinations started, there was this period of time that felt like I was looking at the world through my forehead/3rd eye and everything slowed down and became very clear, both visually and mentally. To get that effect without endangering myself to poisonous animals, starvation or risking my life was a pleasant surprise. (I would not suggest using this to replace spiritual rites like Vision Quests, but I would use the sh*t outta this if I could get my hands on it in CA!) It gave me the clarity of mind and pain management to GTFO of my abusive situation, save myself and my kids and start to actually make progress on managing my pain so I had dignity and increased functionality. All the over OTC meds just did nothing or sedated me to unconsciousness.
I don’t remember the flavor, just having this very reasonable sense of well-being, appropriately managed pain & anxiety to the point by day 4 I could actually walk with a walker instead of my wheelchair or bed only and friends who visited me noticed I seemed more like my old self than I had in over a decade.
Smoked a whole joint while in the car with my gf. The main feelings for me were the giggles, munchies, body high, and paranoia. Things were really funny, and I ate a lot while we watched step bros. The come down hit me halfway through, but it didn’t make me sleepy just chill so I got to finish the film. Pretty standard weed effects, but I did get high as fuck.
This strain has saved me so many times. I have a bad tooth and waiting to be seen by dentist. I smoke this at night before bed. Takes pain down many notches and helps me sleep. I also use this strain for migraines and of course sleep. Great plant.
I loved this strain. I grabbed it because of the description, it was so different than others I’ve seen and it really intrigued me. This was a great strain to be uplifting, but also mellow to me. It has a great flavor and aroma that I really enjoy.
I definitely have both a cerebral and body high with this one. I feel a slight tingling or buzzing sensation just like the description said. It’s a nice calming feeling.
I did not notice much munchies with this one, but I did notice that it helped with the minor pain I was having from my lower back. The high lasted quite awhile.
10/10 I would definitely purchase again without a doubt. One of my favorites so far.
One of the tastiest rec LP retail purchases I’ve made. And my bag was from Dec 15. Talked to Bolds rep. Sadly this strain is being taken out of Alberta. She done. I went back to plantlife and bought 3 more bags and prerolls at another dispo in town 😂👌

I guess everyone is different. I bought this because it had a decent terpene levels. I was disappointed. others say high as a kite, I got a very little buzz. I love most of Culta products this however, is not a favorite.
The best stain I've ever smoked by far. Smooth in taste but the high came quick. I loved the way felt when I woke up the next morning. Refreshed, clear headed and wide awake. I usually need coffee or highly caffeinated tea to get my morning started, not anymore with "The Vision."
