I ordered online and have been in the Sarasota store a few times met with one of the managers, support this business. They actually care and they will tell you how to get the best deals possible too. No pressure clean in a classy way uplifting bright staff and showroom. Online order arrived early, in great condition, I am local, but they have shipping options for further away to keep concentrates temp control ect from what I saw. It still spent 3-4 days in transit 20 miles in the coastal Fla heat and humidity so its 101 outside and humidity makes it about 112-120, with extreme heat danger warnings everyday and they were very much intact and clean. When you open it yes it will be sticky in the jar and some may be on the inside lid ect just wipe it off on the outside of the glass jar with alcohol/vodka. I recommend to dab it with a Seahorse device. PRO TIP - if you are experiencing effects you don't favor like anxiety or otherwise, cdb will hedge the effects.
