I absolutely love everything about this store! The atmosphere is so welcoming and comfortable. The employees talk to you like you're human and not like you are just another transaction. They are so knowledgeable and do deep research into their products before selling them. They have menus the list everything in the strain and explains what each effect each one may have on you. Absolutely amazing for beginners!! They have such a variety of everything, including glass, decor, clothing, and so much more! HIGHly recommended!!

Been going to this store and the one on E. Third St for some months now and their pre roll selections are fire! I like the peak joints the best but the other ones do the trick as well. Going to apotheca has been a new routine for me because I know what i’m getting is quality and it’s safe.

Genuinely my favorite dispensary! Not just in Wilmington but the Carolinas entirely. Staff is very knowledgable, polite and kind! Recently moved to NC from CO. And Kefi Kanna has everything I need from strong Edibles, awesome Flower selection, Carts , disposable vapes. And wait the best part is they have a smoke lounge and dab bar awesome atmosphere with great vibes. Day pass was only $5. They had electric dab rigs to use and rolling trays stocked with papers, blunt wraps, tips, grinders everything you need to enjoy a nice smoke session.
