I am from Arizona and I will definitely use these guys every time I’m in town! Absolutely great customer service! Flower was moist and sticky! I also wanted to mention that I originally gave them the wrong hotel address and when they called to confirm delivery they caught my mistake! I was so grateful! The young lady who assisted me and especially my patient who has several infirmities was especially informed about our technical questions. I thought her name was Allison but I was corrected that is was more like Alexis but slightly different spelling. She was a family member of the owners of the impressive Pecos Valley Production. Anyhoo, she was very informative and very good at service. I will also comment we thought the products we bought were of pharma quality for which I had been paying more before. I am from El Paso but recommend the Carlsbad store next to the Albertsons(?) grocery. I was also informed of the Pecos Valley Production store in Sunland Park, NM which is 10 minutes from my location. I highly recommend both stores!!

Having tried their flowers from other dispensaries, over the years, on my last visit to Denver, I decided to go directly to the source. Wow! What a beautiful place! Was greeted by a beautiful girl who immediately made me feel welcome, the lobby is amazing, and was quickly met by another beautiful girl who escorted me back to the bud bar. The flowers are simply some of the finest I have seen, smelled (and now smoked) truly beautiful. The nicest girls I've met in a dispensary had me looking at flowers right from the jar I would be taking home, rather than the display jars, very cool! The quality of their flowers, service, and 'feel' of Lotus medical is in the top 3 experiences I've had in Colorado in the 7+ years of being a medical patient. If I lived in the area, they would be my care givers in a second! Seriously folks, go check this place out!
