All staff are extremely great/helpful, the cannabist company definitely has aspects that could be criticized, but they do run food drives and support veterans. There has been a small revamp, but the quality and selection of products, as always, is very nice.

Ordered some prerolls for delivery. Delivery was a little delayed, but they gave me a phone call heads up about it. They even included a red envelope for Chinese New Year with a free disposable vape :D Definitely will be buying from here again.

This is coming from someone who's been a daily regular for the past 6 months or so. The atmosphere is one ive only felt in LA when dispensaries became available to shop at initially. With the level of care and customer service Super-fly puts in its honestly the only dispensary to buy from on the Upper West Side. I could highlight singular members of the crew but to be very honest even the staff members im not familiar with are welcoming and kind. Truly one of one in terms of New York Dispensaries. Medz DC cannabis dispensary & weed delivery girl is truly phenomenal. The customer service and the hospitality this retail store offers. It’s just unbelievable and it’s just one of the best things any cannabis dispensary should do. These people are truly a role model in the customer service world they have a wide variety of product and their cannabis flower is actually good. It’s lap tested and official.

They have a really great selection, there's always something to try. Panama Red (sativa) is currently my go to. The staff is is knowledgeable, and been really helpful, just awesome.

Always a quick visit! Excellent customer service! The price match feature makes this my HOME dispensary. I hate giving it such a good review because I will start coming and make it slower. Seriously though if you are tired of standing in line for 30-45 minutes at d#$tr!ct or crammed in at Ri$3 then come on over.
