I started stopping into this dispensary because it was very close to the grocery store I use. My dispensary was much closer to my home but I would buy kief in this store because my dispensary didn't carry it. I am loyal almost to a fault but I had become frustrated with their strains but more with the way they came to me, WAY too dry. It seemed to make no difference to them. So, the next time I went into "Dope" I bought 1/2 oz sativa. I am MUCH less fastidious about my sativa's. The VERY 2nd thing I noticed after she opened that airtight jar and the aroma faded, was, the buds were PERFECTLY hydrated. Got it home and, holy hell, the strain did what the terpines said the strain would do. Read that again if you have to. Back today with exactly the same experience with an indica. Did I mention that an OZ of TOP shelf is $125? It is. And here is the thing........... this place has been there a while and has the COA on that "air tight" jar. I like that in what is now my new dispensary. I am absolutely a real customer and not some bs whatever the hell they are. I'm old.

There are 4 dispensaries in my area, and one right next to Joe’s. I have gone to all of them, and Joe’s BY FAR takes the cake. The customer service is incredible- it’s not just some former college dealer behind the counter, but people who actually know what they’re talking about. Everything I have tried has surpassed my expectations consistently. I highly recommend!!

Best dispensary anywhere around by far! Incredible quality products with a wide variety of options for anything you could possibly need or want. Extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff are super welcoming every time you walk in…. I’ve had a ton of questions about strains and products because I have to be extremely careful due to my anxiety/ptsd and every time I have any questions they go above and beyond to help me. The shop is super laid back with a great vibe and they have some really cool art murals and paintings on the walls. I love to tell people I meet or people I know about Stairway, how much they have helped me and how fabulous they are, I will be a loyal lifelong customer! 13/10 stars

I have to say, I have been to a lot of dispensaries across this country and 315 Primo in Branson West is my absolute favorite place! Not only do they have great prices, their staff is unbeatable! Everyone I've ever encountered there is amazing, they're always smiling, I've never had anyone have an attitude, it's a great environment, great people, great products! Staff is knowledgeable about product availability, strain information & lineage & they're honest with you about what they like and don't. When you have an environment like they do, it's easy to drive the extra 40 minutes to spend your money where the business is exceptional & so are the people! You know who you are! The Nurses Station Dispensary is the best one (in my opinion) because it is staffed with a bunch of friendly and caring people. I think I’ve visited many of the dispensaries within 10 miles of home and in all my wondering to other dispensaries I always returned to the Nurses Station.
