I've shopped at multiple Puffy locations and they all have been worth revisiting. The Kalamazoo store is my favorite though. Friendly staff, knowledgeable budtenders and great flower selections.

Derek was a huge help. Would recommend this place to everyone. They stay open till 230 on fridays and saturdays.

The staff and atmosphere are what take me back. They are very knowledgeable about the components of the products, and how they pertain to my needs. The staff is friendly and seem to take an interest while I am there. I've been to a couple other places where they only wanted to sell product with no understanding about it or how it will work for me. That is why I will continue to go to JC3. This place has such friendly knowledgeable staff. Sam greeted me outside because I was having a hard time finding the place. I believe Jake or Jacob was the guy helped me out with the flower and showed me some different strains. He also showed me a new website for additional information since I was interested healing some alignments I have. They both recommended some ice cream. Which by the way was delicious. I highly recommend this place. It was clean people were nice and had fair prices. Thank you guys for your help and being so friendly and welcoming also not being pushy and just trying to make a sale.

Professional, knowledgeable staff; atmosphere was fun, product easy to find, and I felt comfortable. (I'm autistic, this is extremely important to me.) Staff gave me excellent guidance on products that address my specific needs- vegetarian edibles and appropriate dosing for me. Your 250 mg sour gummy edibles are both delicious and effective - I sleep so well!
