This place has high quality products. Although it’s tiring hearing the medical patients complaining. They get a better selection than Recreational. I’m here for college and can’t obtain a med card, but I use Cannabis for medicinal purposes.
I mean recreational customers have to pay TWENTY PERCENT MORE and we get to choose from the bottom shelf at higher prices. Not to mention that rec to med customers is 4:1. If you want to help eliminate the black market then you should focus on a recreational model like California and Colorado.

I love the location, the staff and the variety of flower. It can get a little crowded sometimes, but I can understand why a lot of people would want to come here. No long wait for medical and if you're a rec user and you see a long line outside don't worry because once you get inside after slipping your ID through the window then that's when you will notice how quickly the lines move. I would recommend this place to both medical patients and recreational users.

Place was cool until rec opened up , Rec ppl reserve all the flour online so in store there isn’t much also the officer working outside needs to mind his business, I stopped by On my way! Home in my work truck and he went out of his way to tell my office at work instead of me himself if there was any issues? That’s not very welcoming I haven’t been there since and don’t plan on it.

Sorry you had a bad, visit, JVM. Rec and medical have separate inventories, and there's never anything available for rec that isn't available on medical, so there's no way for rec people to tie up medical inventory.

I’m a recreational smoker. I’ll put it this way: i wouldn’t buy this quality bud on the street at these prices. Not they’re fault taxachusetts is ridiculous. Besides the point, I’ve been here 3 times and for all 3 times the quality of bud has been the same and great quality. I’ve seen better but the first time i got a bag here i was very impressed. I’m shocked people rated the quality bad and I’ve been an avid smoker for 10 years now. Bud is amazing here it’s worth to treat yourself once in a while if you can afford it because if you are like me, you’ll be spending hundreds of dollars a week to keep up with tolerance. Nugs are strong smelling and dense. If i could post a picture i would. Everyone is very nice there. Line can get crazy during peak hours. I suggest Monday morning i was in and out today. The menus can be confusing they might not have what they post or have stuff that isn’t posted although it’s become a lot better, not exact yet but you can tell they are putting effort to improving.

Ive been to ATG before the Recreational side opened, ive never once had a problem with the product besides a few prerolls but what can you do. Other than that for medical patients the place is great. The flower is top shelf. And the staffs great, i come by almost everydaay, i love it here so much i wish i worked there LOL. Best Flowers are TutanKahmon, Grand daddy Purp, skywalker kush, Blissful Wizard Gorrilla gglue,and the lemon Hazes (2) they need to get cinderlla 99 back ASAP. Try these nugs then try to talk about ATG.

They need to start putting at least two people doing medical. I am so tired of waiting 20+ min for 3 medical patients to be helped. Rec is all and good but medical should be priority and deff does not feel like it.

Pros: They serve their purpose...when they're not running out of product, which is most of the time. And they're right in my home town. I like the appointment format. I rarely wait outside more than 15-30 minutes tops
Cons: always running out of product (currently out of flower and went back to only serving medical until further notice). Staff is mixed - some are great. Others are - meh. Taxes not included in the price. You have to buy the batteries separately from the vape cartridges (an additional $20). I've started driving an hour and a half out of my way to Leicester for better service, product and prices.

I was one of their first patients, and the flower was awesome.. After a while their flower turned to crap. I stopped going. I decided recently to go give them another try, mainly because they now cary the UKU carts. I decided to give the flower another shot and was amazed. Everything tasted as it should, not all the same flat nasty taste. The terps we're all there and that's what it's all about folks, the terps not the THC. And thanks for treating us medical patients like we should be treated, unlike other dispensaries who have recently turned rec. I went on Saturday the past two weeks and waited zero minutes. Keep up the good work

First visit in over a year. You guys have upped your game. Bob is forever great and should have his own cult following and the quality and quantity of bud is pretty darn good. Good deal this week for Medical patients. 10% off. Having Already a Veteran discount, the extra 10% was helpful

First time in, Sunday 10am, no line. Security guard, window gal, and final entry guy all professional, and friendly too. There is a display case to view while you wait for your turn at the counter. My bud rep answered my questions and was able to calculate my total w/tax in her head as I made my selections. Impressive! In and out in 10 minutes flat. So pleased when I got home. Blissful Wizard is incredibly sticky, almost gooey, and amounts I received were as described. Highly recommend :) Thank you ATG!

No matter what... I still liked it here better when it was just medical. Sure medical patients don't have to wait in the same line and we get more choices, but I have a problem large crowds. Seems like no matter what time or day I come here there is always a huge flood of people. As someone who suffers from PTSD...large crowds are a problem for me

Sorry you're uncomfortable, JMC. It's hard to explain away the crowds -- it turns out a lot of people really enjoy using this stuff. We're working on some ideas to provide a more relaxing experience for customers that aren't comfortable dealing with crowds, and we hope you can find a better alternative until we can find a workaround.

Have zero complaints.
Line management has been on point the last 4 or 5 times I've visited.
I generally go on Wednesdays around 5:45 to 5:50 and I'm usually out by 6:15 or 6:25 at the latest.
The quality has been excellent, I haven't purchased anything I haven't loved.(except that golden ticket pre-roll but that was my bad as I knew it was high CBD when i bought it).
I did get a UKU cartridge, 500mg, that lasted like 2.5 days with minimal use.
The new UKU Slims are great, lasts about a week with moderate use.
I'm a happy camper so thanks for what y'all do.

Thank you for bringing back the White Rhino. That was the very first strain that I purchased here when Atg first opened for medical. I was wondering for awhile about when that strain would come back. When I bought it yesterday it was very fresh and the buds were beautiful. I missed that strain so much and I'm so thrilled that it's back on the menu.

I am not against recreational use. I am only against it being mixed together in the same place. If they are going to have a dispensary that is just recreational in Salisbury then why can't this one just stay medical? Also I drove over an hour yesterday specifically for Skywalker kush but of course by the time I got there it was already gone. That's what happens when you have to "share" strains with recreational people.

It is better to share, Jay. I'm sorry to hear about the bad beat on the Skywalker Kush, though. Since there aren't as strict purchase limits on medical purchases, a lot of times our most exciting product can disappear quickly, so it has a lot less to do with recreational customers. But we're trying, and doing a good job in my opinion, making sure that medical ALWAYS has the same products available that recreational does.

My only complaint right now is too many people arguing and name calling over parking spots. You should probably just let medical patients use the parking lot and have the recreational customers park somewhere else.

Thanks for letting us know, Dabbin. That's the first I've heard about arguing and name calling in the parking lot, but we'll let our security staff know to keep an eye out for this. Luckily, we keep our lines moving pretty fast, so if parking is a bit tight, a spot should open up pretty soon.

For complaints, I have written the better business bureau, the Mass Cannabis Commission, and the city of Salem, mayors office. To right out lie and tell the medical side, we are the priority, yet everything I need, is on the rec menu, why can't all there strains be offered to the medical side? How is it, that the better strains are not available to medical patience? Its probably the worst for being the first in the state.

ATG has gone downhill big time since they started serving recreational customers. They are leaving the medical patients out to dry. I went there yesterday. They had 2 strains of flower for med patients and 6 strains for recreational. Not ok.

I’m a medical marijuana patient who recently visited this facility and was treated horribly by a female worker. When I was told they didn’t have the 1:1 OVAP cartridges I always purchase to treat my Glaucoma I said to my caregiver standing next to me why are they calling themselves a medical dispensary when they don’t have medication I need for my illness. The female worker at the counter spoke rudely to me and my caregiver. It’s hard to believe all the hard work it took to pass legislation to sell medical marijuana for a facility like this to treat their customers to badly.
