Hands down the best source for quality medicine in this area. I come here frequently and have only had one terrible experience. Their payment system is cumbersome and far from streamlined. It’s not easy to adjust your order or change things on the fly. You can’t really engage in conversation or ask questions about things you perhaps want to try or ask for recommendations. Buzz in Buzz in again after 1 step. Pay for your pre order Buzz in again Get your medicine Walk out. The whole experience is too rigid and feels weird. Great meds though. COVID really pooched the vibe at dispensaries.

Great dispensary my first time was today. 10/1/20 and got first time deal pay a 100$ get 200$ off was amazing deal will return though though the nf1 was a indica but was wrong. the la kush cake it kills. and snow man purple diamonds and the kush cake shatter kinda crumbly but good.

I'm a regular patient at this dispensary and the people are incredibly friendly! Not only the people who work for the establishment but the people who are waiting in line with you even though there's barely any way. Usually you can strike up a good conversation while you're waiting. The bud tenders are incredibly knowledgeable and loved to ask for feedback from their customers so they can improve the quality of their products. This place receives an absolute A Plus in my book! In fact, it's really the only dispensary that I've been sticking with because it only deals with medical patients. I do not want to go to an establishment where there is recreational and medical. I believe there should be a place strictly for medical patients, dealing with the medical issues that plague people who use cannabis. It's important for the bud tenders to be knowledgeable and how these substances can affect the human body and treat it more like an apothecary than a recreational weed joint. This will be the only dispensary that I will go to simply because they treat cannabis with much more respect than a recreational use facility.

Excellent staff here, location is ideal as it’s easy access but not a ton of traffic. Their Jillybean and Gelato #33 are the best anywhere and am looking forward to them being in stock again. Hint hint 😉

Great dispensary! Probably my favorite one I’ve been to as a medical patient! Very nice and super professional at all times. Honestly the best flower I’ve had and it’s so fresh and potent! I will be making this one of my regularly visited dispensaries and I’ll definitely tell my friends! Thank you for making my first visit comfortable and enjoyable!

I have never had a bad experience here. I visit dispensaries all over New England (pre Covid) as a hobby, and I’ve had some really terrible encounters- but never here. The staff are more knowledgeable than most and show great patience with those less so. It’s friendly, and not at all intimidating. The energy and general atmosphere is exactly what I like in a store front. And let’s discuss the products, yeah? A-FREAKING-MAZING. They have the largest selection of high dose edibles I’ve ever seen. I’m a high dose kind of gal, that’s just how my life is set up, and CAC never lets me down. It’s not just one or 2 HD items either. Cookies, brownies, cake pops, 4 types of chocolate ... all high dose. Remarkable. I’ve had CAC as my #1 go to since my first visit and that won’t be changing anytime soon. Do yourself a favor, especially if you like high % flower and concentrates, and HD edibles, go to CAC. Because you’re worth it.

I answered my phone inside and was yelled at and it was an important phone call I was waiting for...so I did not hang up, and I was then yelled st and asked to leave with or with out my order....which stinks cuz I come here alot and never give them trouble...I spend easy 300 a month here....too bad they treated me like that because I liked this place too...

I've been going to Commonwealth for about 3 years now and while their flower has improved greatly since they actually started growing their own, their prerolls have been going down down down hill. I just picked up 10 prerolls and 9 out or 10 were poorly packed and closed. half the prerolls had flower falling out of the prerolls into the doob tube. 4 more just had tops barely twisted together where all the weed was loose and paper so wrinkled I couldn't even pack them back up properly. this causes the harshest of smokes. I mostly buy my weed from Greenleaf in RI now and there prerolls have never been packed wrong, they always fold the tops so this doesn't happen. I'm wasting money and flower on prerolls from CAC when everything just spills out.

I am a medical cardholder who has visited CAC almost weekly for months. I have also visited almost every dispensary within a 50 mile radius of my home including RI. By far, I get the most out of every penny in my pocket by sticking with CAC. My typical purchases include high dose edibles/tincture, vape cartridges, sugar, THC crystals and occasional flower as I prefer the other methods of consumption. For me it is a beautiful quiet country drive to CAC and parking is a breeze (even with the expansion construction). CAC is beautiful, warm and inviting from the moment you step in the door. EVERY employee says hello and I love walking in and greeting them all! There was even a note in my last bag that wished me luck with my upcoming surgery (thank you Selena)! Now for the goods…I will tell you what works best for me and the products I purchase on a regular basis. My suggestion is to try them all and decide for yourself. Every person is different, what works for me may not work for you, but still just try this stuff!! There are many other products I still need to try as well but I stand by the following as I use them regularly. Edibles: Sour Raspberry and Lemonade fruit chews, Milk Chocolate Drops, and the Blueberry Gems. They come in a variety of strengths and are so worth the money. For those who do not like the actual taste of cannabis when eating an edible boy are you in for a treat. Hats off to the Chef...Everything tastes amazing! The Slate THC Tincture is amazing, for a quicker method under the tongue. Again, worth the money. Now for the vape cartridges: I usually pickup a few of the higher priced Litt cartridges. My favorite and most effective so far (currently not on the menu) was 9lb Hammer and White Knuckles (on the menu today). Now I know not everyone can afford those expensive cartridges but again, you are in luck! CAC produces the Active8 line of vape cartridges that are specifically formulated for the effects you desire. If you are looking for pain relief or sleep induction, then the Mango Relax is for you. They are significantly discounted cartridges without discounted quality. The Passionfruit, Raspberry Lemon and Strawberry Lemon are great as well! But you have another choice! They have ONE Fills that can be added to a cartridge you already have, they can be ingested or dabbed as well. You can save about $5 when you choose a ONE Fill because you're not purchasing the cartridge. My favorite ONE Fills are Kushberry and Granddaddy Purple, Raspberry Lemon, Passionfruit and Mango. Next are the disposable vape cartridges. They look like a disposable e-cig, thin and discreet. I like these to travel with as they are so easy to use on the go (make sure to follow the laws about traveling with cannabis)! The Blueberry Pie, Passionfruit and Mango are my choices. Now when the stubborn pain returns I like to vape concentrates. I have a Storz & Bickel Plenty. With the drip pad I can use Distillate Dabs, THCA Crystals, Sugar and Wax. My favorites from their menu are White Walker Kush, White Widow and Sour Diesel. If flower is your thing, try the God Bud. Now with all that said, I have had a mishap with a disposable vape once. It just seemed to not be working properly. So I left it in my bag thinking I'll just use it anyway but pulled it out on my next visit feeling terrible doing so because they are so good to me. Without hesitation they replaced the product with zero hassle whatsoever. CAC has top notch customer service, everyone is so willing to help you out. They are knowledgeable and most importantly they are just nice, super friendly folks who genuinely care for you and your needs. As I mentioned before cannabis can be expensive however CAC has THE BEST customer loyalty program out there. I suggest a visit, try a variety of products and please, before you leave a negative review visit them again. Or speak with someone first before you rip a bad review. I suggest that of every dispensary visit. This is the reason it took me months to write the review, I had to in good faith try almost everything before I made any quick judgments. Leaving a negative review is just not fair if you visit once, tried one product and it wasn't up to your standards of satisfaction. Mix up your choices, do that trial and error thing. It took me almost 6 months to find the right mix of products to keep my pain at bay. It worked, and I would love for others to have the same result. Make cannabis your next big adventure and make sure you get it from Commonwealth Alternative Care!

Their advertised shake contains large amounts of trim. See leafly definition of shake. Their packaging lists as shake / trim but they advertise as shake.

Flower quality is outstanding. Drove 3 hr round trip for the LA Kush Cake, grabbed some NF1, and it was well worth my time. Awesome new patient discount and crazy good deal on bulk prerolls. This place is legit.

Love this place ! People that work here are informative and super nice . Product is awesome , buds are nice . The high dose editables work so good for pain and headaches , changed my life with migraines . I would highly recommend this place for all your needs . Everyone here is so friendly and nice . To all Cannabis Patients out there CAC is the place you want to experience the way a Professional Dispensary Operates.I literally sat across the street and observed CAC had 6 cars were being served curbside I placed my Order Online and exactly 3 min they sent me a confirmation email then exactly 7 min later my Order was ready for pickup I pulled across the street and checked in with security and walked in to pickup my Order and they checked my Rewards Points and Added points to my account Checked Out walked in to receive my Order and left 25 min from Placing my Order to driving away. Professionalism at it's best.

I adore CAC! They have so many great strains and I love their vapes. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable, you're in and out within minutes, and it's right off the highway. It's one of my favorite dispensaries. I just wish they took Canpay then they would be my top favorite.

What can I say? First, the new patient discount is amazing! Secondly, the staff are friendly, happy and genuinely have a patient’s best interests at heart. Third, their concentrates are by far some of the best in the state- the Pineapple Black Live Crystals are not only a potent and flavorful smoke, but a clean and smooth hit. I look forward to enjoying the flower I’ve purchased as I have bought their flower from other vendors and that set a high bar! Well done CAC! Thank you for your outstanding service!
