It’s fast everytime and the staff is COOL AS HELL
Sever headache flower $90 a oz what a freaking joke. I went there to get rid of headache not get one wtf..... Cure leaf sucks ass.

An unbiased review by me: it’s a nice place to pick up all your known brands and other stuff they have it all. The customer service is usually nice, helpful, patient and kind. The downside which I’d like to see change. Is the lines. There 2 lines for med/Rec but there’s no line for online pick ups. If you order online you might as well do it just to RSVP your stuff. Another thing I didn’t like is when they are having busy days they will bump the prices to 84$ a gram for carts (depends on brand) when other places like sticky will sell them for 72$ Just food for thought. Anyway peace stay high
The math makes no sense! They advertise a quad at one price, but then charge you for an 8th twice, which ends up being like $7-$10 more than the advertised price. When I ask about it, they just talk in circles, but it's literally misleading prices and they just hope we get our weed and not notice the switch up. Not cool.

did the math on the point system.
.05 points per dollar = 1 point per 20$ spent.
so for 5,000 points to get the 300$ off.....you need to spend $100,000 in store? for 300$ back om a card renewel half the people don't need for bring rec anyway?
when every other store does the same thing for 1$ per point?
wow. thats honestly sad.
Fast and friendly budtenders and had exactly what I was looking for! I've had good service everytime I've been here, no complaints!

Is it called baseline flower because you leave big stems hanging off of the buds? I haven't had a flower quality issue with you guys in ages, but both 8ths of Chile Verde I got were FULL of stems, and not just mixed in with the buds, like a popcorn bud with a half inch or longer stem sticking out. the hibiscus I got for the same price was waaaaaaay nicer. I'll be needing to seriously check things over from here on out again.

This place is a zoo. The place is nice however they were limited on alot and the wait was 30 minutes. Yes 30 minutes to buy 2 carts. They failed to distinguish the rec users from the actual patients and ruined the experience so many patients like going to the dispensary for. Demand is obviously high since going rec but they had so much time to totally separate rec from medical and its disappointing to see what greed has done.

Had a problem with a defective sele that product and there weren’t many exchange options available but Manny and manager Michael informed me and really helped me out. It’s nice to find good customer service

I just got home and weighed out a half oz of Cresco Mac 7 and I was 2 grams short! I did this because last time I got a half oz from curaleaf it was almost a gram short. And I just called them 5 times in a row (as I live far from the store) and they only have an automated system, no live person, no one to correct this situation... This is some bull, I honestly do not think I will go back anymore.

It used to be a five star dispensary until they kept going back-and-forth on medical discounts and started stocking shelves with terrible flour for the price. Abandoning medical patients is not the way.
I come to Curaleaf often, but this was the first time customer service went above and beyond! I appreciate you Melinda! You’re awesome! No other budtender has been more attentive and helpful!
Ever since this place changed from Emerald to Curaleaf it's gone to garbage. It started with the prices going up and now it seems like their process takes 100 times longer than it should. I did an online order, got the text to come get it and still had to wait 20-30+ mins one day. Ordered again when I got there I was told the wait was 15-20 min. Over 20 mins later still waiting. I asked how much longer because I'd been there so long at this point I had to hurry to take care of something urgent. I was told it would be 10-15 mins to get the text to go in then another 10-15 mins when I get inside. As I walked back to my car someone came out and told me I could go take care of what I needed to then come back and they would get me in next when I got there. I'd still have to wait the 10-15 mins once inside. Ridiculous! I just left. I appreciate them getting me back in right away if I had to go and come back but at that point if I didn't have to hurry it would have taken me another 30-40, that's over an hour of just waiting. That's unexceptable. I literally just left, ordered at another dispo, got the text back to pick up while on the way there, went there, was in and out in literally 5 mins, and got home before I would have made it home from here. Oh and I ended up getting a better deal because they had re-upped. Think about that... I was in and out of a dispo in 5 mins but it takes this place 40+ mins just to wait when you get there. It was the same time of day, 10 mins away. All in all this place just doesn't give AF.

And yes to due COVID, our processes have changed to keep our patients and staff safe, we only allow a certain number of patients into our lobby at a time. Even with a pick up order it only guarantees you have product to pick up. We are taking all patients in at the same time because we do not have the capacity to do a separate Leafly Line as of right now so everyone has to wait in the same line even if the order is ready. We can understand the frustration, we are busier than normal due to these circumstances and have been experiencing longer wait times on our busy days. Always busy. Parking lot is packed with morons who have no business operating a tricycle, let alone a car or truck. Slow and lazy employees. high employee turnover rate is pretty obvious. Online orders take forever and are wrong half the time because products are out of stock. Somehow, they allow you to order nonexistent products online? Good flower is usually gone within a day. Overall, I am unsatisfied. Probably another case of investment firms/owners running a business that they know nothing about.
Called in my order and it was ready by the time I drove there. Didn't have a wait time and the staff is always friendly.

Every strain looks, smells and tastes the exact same.
Also, trying to sling Natures Medicine flower for $130 a half when they sell it for $89 is laughable.

I called the store was placed on a queue which is fine I waited 45 minutes just to get hung up on. I went to the location saw a dispensary associate asked if there was differences In lines and was told all was the same and I waited in line for about a half hour I saw a woman barely come and talk to the same associate and she told him she was a MMJ patient no express order and she went right in. I addressed the same associate and he let me in. Nonetheless I go in store and wait even more, got to the point of being helped with the bud tender and. He was very rude and disrespectful. For the wait and the trash products they offer go elsewhere. No deals, Overpriced, and lastly no integrity.

I have been a medical patient since 2010. Today a budtender at Curaleaf Gilbert sold me 4 Private Reserve eighths that he assured me were fresh. When I got home I saw that they were all harvested back in February & March! Not cool. I wish I could take my tip back from him.
So organized! I have never spent more than 15 mins in the store when I place online orders. I’m in and out! they have such sweet people working here; I love chit chatting with all of them <3
