Greenlight - Spokane

My favourite store. The staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. They recognise and remember me each time and always take the time to answer any questions about new products or comparisons. Excellent selection, too.

I love everything about Green Light! They always have deals and the product selection is amazing. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I've been going to greenlight since it opened up, but never will i set foot in there again. it all started when they started getting rid of all the budtenders that made the place worth while.. now i see it for what it is.. a tourist trap.. and some of the newer budtenders are absolutely horrendous people.. they just don't care for everyday buisness.. it's like they only wanna scam tourists now.. you're better off shopping elsewhere. too many years I've been loyal to greenlight but 3 strikes and you're out and this was the final strike..

So first I want to start by saying I am an extremely loyal customer of Greenlight. Been going there for products since they opened...but I was disappointed today when I got home looking at the harvest date on the jar of Mean Misty strain from Driftboat. Harvested in July 2017!?! Really? And paid more than normal for an oz. 😤😫

Green Light is now one of my favorite dispensaries. They have a great selection and the bud tenders are friendly & knowledgeable. On my latest visit my bud tender Hilary never pressured me to purchase certain products, nor did she rush me out the store to make another sale. I will definitely be back and I for sure recommend Green Light to my friends & family.

This has been my go to since months after opening. I started to visit other places as price forquality/quantity seemed to be more competitive other places. However, over the last few montha that has changed! Been visiting often:-) I love when you have knowledgable dedicated employees. Chris is a favorite, he gets to know his customers, is always welcoming with a smile, and knows what he's talking about! Great customer service MAKES sales, I've left other places for not being greeted. This place will greet you even when busy!:')

I absolutely LOVE this place! The budtenders are so knowledgeable but beyond that, they are the kindest people who really care about your well-being and quality of life. I always get a perma smile after leaving that place.. it's truly an experience like none other. Kindness and love go a very long way with me, so I'm totally impressed. Even if the product was sub par (which is ISNT), the people alone would keep me going back. Love you, Green Light!

I found my experience here to be completely unsatisfactory. The location has terrible lighting that makes it difficult to examine the quality of the product without a flashlight. There are no menus or boards to give customers an idea of what's available and what kind of quality it is (if there were I didn't see them due to the bad lighting.) All this necessitates having a conversation with a bud-tender, and the one who served me was awful. After asking him how potent the strongest indica pre-roll they had available I was told that I was wrong to ask that question and if I would go to a bartender and ask how how much alcohol was in a drink. The complete ignorance it takes to compare alcohol to cannabis would be enough to completely put me off of this store, but the judgemental nature of his attitude is what led me to come to this site and give them a bad review. Every other shop in the Valley treated me better than Green Light, and each one got more than a preroll sale out of me.

I’ve tried just about every location in Spokane and Seattle and Green Light wins every time. I need a educated experience every time I enter a dispensary so I depend on the person behind the counter to know their product. GL is the place for those of us who want to learn about new products or stick with what works ... regardless, this is where I go to achieve the results I desire.

Greenlight carries a decent selection of great quality product. The budtenders that have been with them since they opened are fantastic while their newer (within the last 1-2 years) budtenders aren't as customer service oriented. I still shop here from time to time just to say "Hi" to a few friendly faces. The biggest reason I don't shop here much anymore is due to their prices. Yes they do have some good deals but not enough to keep me coming back.

I came in for some CBD tincture and had the pleasure of getting helped out by, charlotte. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the products in your store and helped me find exactly what I was looking for with a smile on her face the entire time! I’m never dissapointed in this shop!

Went in looking for a variety of bud, ended up with a very small variety because I was only shown top shelf product with prices never mentioned. Many other dispensaries don't mess with you if you want the budtender to pick stuff out for you. Not a friendly budtender in general either.

Really good dispensary and budtenders. They always have a good sale on something and always have great suggestions. Lots of variety and price ranges. Nice parking lot and very clean store.

The producted was outdated. The atmosphere was low and dark. Some people who come in are real sketchy. I bought a pen and cartridge that I liked and was very pleased with one if the ladies. Dark hair. Very cool. Went to get another cartridge following week and guy ASSURED me it would fit my pen. I asked if he wanted to see it. He said didn't have to. Got home after throwing box away..but still had receipt. And it did not fit my pen. Took back would not trade for right one. Had receipt and was in plastic holder but no box. Spent $50 for Cartridge that won't work. They not only lost my business, but a few others as well. Make sure to look at the dates on ALL products too!!

First time visiting and it definitely won't be my last. everyone is so nice and so helpful! I'm pretty sure Mike helped me (sorry if I'm wrong I'm terrible with names) and he was so easy going and knowledgeable and knew exactly what to recommend and acted like weve known each other forever. super chill and cozy environment and SO MANY OPTIONS! if you have something specific in mind I bet they'll have it. all around great experience. thank you guys!!!!!

I drove out of my way to greenlight because they are open later and met Charlotte, she was my bud tender and she was extremely cool and knowledgeable, beautiful, genuine and down to earth and honestly wanted me to have the best product

Greenlight is our go-to place. We come in weekly, and pass several stores on our way to greenlight from Liberty Lake. The budtenders are second to none and the flower is top quality. On a recent visit we had an un-greenlight experience with customer service and were disappointed to find out it was the manager.

Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. I walked in being indecisive in what I wanted and they were able to help me make my decision based on what I enjoyed.

Just recently started going here and I absolutely enjoy my experiences that I had here. Very friendly and polite staff. Whom are extremely helpful. I look forward to coming in because everyone is so welcoming. They also have donation boxes for the Spokane Humane Society! Which I find wonderful. Good prices. Great selection. Nice set up. This is my new go to place.

Best shop this side of Snoqualmie Pass! Seriously, I kinda despise living in Spokane Valley and the only thing that saves my sanity is this place. It's like my 2nd home and the budtenders ROCK. Even if you're on a tight budget they have a discount corner; their paraphernalia selection is super (have bought glass, a tabletop vape - for less than $100! - and a Vuber vape pen there as well). Seriously superlative

I live about 45 minutes from this area and I still go to this dispensary due to amazing service and awesome sales on products. Spokane green leaf is a great dispensary, Racheal in particular is very nice and willing to help. All the staff are excellent. Don’t care to go to any other dispensary. 5 stars always!!
