Dishonest and rude service. They sold me moldy medical cannabis, then flip it on the customer, saying it's a preference. No strain is supposed to taste like mold.

of the 7 or so dispensaries I've visited in CO and IL this is one of the ones I've liked better. Good variety of products, friendly and polite but not overbearing staff, not too terribly loud or bright or confusing for those of us with medical conditions that could be disorienting or distressing for those of us with certain medical conditions, actually clearly and easily wheelchair accessible, definitely will be coming back.

I was originally was an Earth Med shopper and switched over to Hatch over a year ago. I love this place! You can't get better bud tenders. Johnnie is my favorite as he helped me out tremendously when I first got my card. Everyone is always so knowledgeable and very friendly!

Doormen/Security Guys ALL very courteous and professional. NIce Guys! Never have had a problem with parking. I have Hatch/addison as my preferred store, seems more like a CLUB there sometimes. Hatch employees will spend a few minutes with you suggesting products. that other place is like a productiion line at times. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS!! ROB

Was a customer for a few years must have spent over 10 k with them at least. I got into a bad car wreck and broke some bones and had no weed too smoke after leaving the hospital. Went to get some meds and these guys charged me 80 dollars for an 8th. And the whole time were asking me about my broken bones and one guy was even laughing and smiling about the whole ordeal. Then I post a review on Yelp.. and the owner gives a super poor response with no results and totally unrelated matter. . Will not ever go back after spending so much of my hard earned money here . Staff is different. Ownership is def difrent. Definitely not a place u Wana go.

I’ve never had a bad time a Hatch. :) Love it. Very nice inside and the staff is so helpful and kind. I go once a week or so for medical stuff and highly recommend them.

Service was awesome on all ways. It was my first time coming to Mindful for medical. Top notch one of the best dispensary so far. Tony (tall Hispanic male) and he was the best, beyond so and well took his time to talk to me as a human being, Great experience.

I really like it here! Everybody is so friendly,companionate and highly knowledgeable about their products!!! I used to go to another place since pilot program started and things didn’t work out because I could not get the medicine I needed anymore due to their recreational sales . I Love the fact that all the staff are very caring and help me out with new products that suit my illnesses if I’m unable to get my usual go to’s! I wish I signed up there a long time a go!!!! I recommended a friend of mine who is brand new to the program and I sent him here because of my solid trust in these awsome people!

Here is the deal, the people are great, the place is awesome, sort of like a Starbucks feeling...with iPads with the current menu everywhere, cool there; my problem is their variety and selection, I understand there is a shortage but I transferred to another dispensary over a month ago and they have a lot more selection of medicine, and apparently this one is still super short since I keep checking their web menu daily :)

Very knowledgeable outstanding bud-tenders. The environment is very posh and looks nothing like a regular dispensary. I would have to agree that this is the Starbucks of dispensaries..

The prices are GREAT. The selection is outstanding. The knowledge the staff possesses is second to none. The location is easy to find, safe, and has TONS of parking. This is my most favorite place on earth. Easily. I'd probably visit them even if the only medicine they had was aspirin. Thankfully, they have more than that. If you ever get a chance, you MUST visit. If you don't like it, find me and I'll make it up to you. And if you don't like how I make it up to you, just smoke a bit more, ok? This isn't rocket science...

I was assigned in error, to a different dispensary. The atmosphere was different. I was able to.change to my original They are very attentive They are very attentive and I do appreciate the time that they took out with me. Mindful was open to any questions or concerns that I had, and I left feeling comfortable in making the right choices regarding strands, etc. and I do appreciate the time that they took out with me.

Love the atmosphere and the people. Not like a converted “head shop.” Staff is as knowledgeable as any other dispensary and better than some.

FYI: All of Mindful's products are listed and priced on their weedmaps! Best dispensary I have visited so far out of 6. I met most of the staff and they are all knowledgeable and genuine. Every time I walk in they ask if I would like a bottle of water, coffee or tea. Even my dog gets a treat! They always have everything I need and if im looking for something they don't usually carry then they place an order! Feels like visiting a friends house. THANKS MINDFUL!

Been to four dispensaries, first time in Illinois. They are extremely attentive as you walk in the door. Personal experience couldn't have been better. Didn't feel like I was being processed through. Great time and glad to be a patient.

I loved it. I am new to the process and was overwhelmed. They took me in and made me feel like family.

I feel like I couldn’t have chosen a better dispensary. The selection is great, the prices are comparable (except for their ounce prices, they’re $250 which is pretty good for Illinois).
