The shop is beautiful, but you pay higher prices for the atmosphere & not necessarily the product. The employee who helped me was friendly but was not very knowledgeable, at first she gave me wrong prices on their selection of edibles. I originally decided on a bag of 10 cookies, 5mg each for 24 dollars. I went to get money out of their ATM, and when I got back, she told me she had made a mistake and it was actually 36 dollars. I decided to go with their Cold Brew Mocha. My decision was made based on the THC content in the coffee, which the employee insisted was 50mg per bottle, just like the entire bag of cookies and most of their other edible packages. When I went to drink it, the bottle turned out being only 15mg. To say the least, I was very disappointed. I do feel like I should have read the label first, but It's also important to have a reliable budtender who can relay correct information. I have worked as a budtender before, and would always verify any information I wasn't positive about. Having known the actual THC content, I would have definitely chosen another option.

Being located in Eastern Oregon there is very little access to experienced staff, so we are working with novice budtenders and training them as we go. You shared your experience as a budtender in your review, let me point out that everyone deserves a chance to grow and learn, everyone starts somewhere. We have discussed this with the staff member who assisted you, and have presented solutions so that this may never happen again.
In this situation we really wish you would have called after the discovery of misinformation and allowed us to remedy the problem immediately. Since time has passed, I urge you to come back to our shop and let our management team remedy this situation as soon as possible. Been here several times and always have great service. Today though Michelle was our bud tender and my goodness we had her answering questions right and left and she was there with our answer every time. Thanks Michelle for helping first time folks we brought with us.

First time going in today, amazing friendly atmosphere, tons of selection, LaRain, our budtender, was super awesome. A great place for medical patients, affordable prices, all around the best dispensary we have visited.

Kind Leaf is my go to dispensary. I love the shop, it's wood and simplistic vibe is perfect for a dispensary. The staff is always so helpful. Their warm, friendly nature and knowledge and experience.....it just makes it a great experience all around. Their product is always good. Couple favs of mine is Blue Dream, and Green Crack. I Ike that I can go in there and tell them what I'm looking for, or what symptoms I have and they just start pulling a few options down for me. These people actually care about their customers!

so glad there's a dispensary within a driving distance of Boardman, OR that's got good prices on select strain and golden xtrx and flower. Even though I'll be leaving hometown Portland going here in pendleton at least I feel like I have the selection and prices to make me feel at home. THANK YOU FOR EXISTING NOW OPEN UP SHOP IN HERMISTON GUYS PLEASE. I sure hope since I'm medical I don't have to pay tax as well. I'm going going back back to Eastern Oregon!

Nice, roomy dispensary. The staff are very knowledgeable about the products. Jim was really friendly and approachable. Janice was super nice and laid back! I wish I lived closer, this would be my new favorite dispensary! I will definitely be hitting this place up when I pass through Pendleton again!

The store is clean and all the employees were pleasant and professional. It was my first time there, I didn't have to wait in line and I never felt rushed when my fiancée and I asked questions. The pre-roll and flowers selection was impressive. I would come back.

I love the atmosphere, when you walk up to the dispensary there are beautiful flower boxes, no hideous green crosses or flashy attention grabbing items. The receptionist is friendly and the books available to read are informative. The back is incredible, I loved the huge selection of items and the fact that they have all price ranges. The apothecanna lotion smells so good and is working great. Thanks Kind Leaf, happy to have you in Pendleton.

I thought this shop was great. Nice space, great product...the Deadhead OG prerolls were fab! Very glad to see Pendleton has a dispensary...and a great one at that! Look forward to stopping in whenever I'm in the area again.

This was a very mixed review because the receptionist was very very nice and gave me excellent customer service. However one of the bud tenders was beyond rude to me when taking my temporary paperwork, she sarcastically read it to me and told me that I wasn't a card holder and told me to go somewhere else if I wanted the discount. The manager? (Male I spoke with later) was very nice and apologized for my experience I gave them a 3 because it wasn't fair to give them a 1 because if I could rate the employees individually I would give the receptionist a 5 and the bud tender a -3.

Kind leaf is so pleasant. The shop is very open and feels quite inviteing. The bud tenders are great and well imformed about the stock on hand. A specal thanks to the lovely Janice who has been especially helpful during multiple visits.
All&all great shop, nice fokes, good weed
Could use a bit of friendly competition in regard to price but with the with the other shops in town opening up soon that shouldn't be a problem for long

Michelle (the receptionist) was very friendly and polite, she apologized for how long it would take to check in (which was totally unessecary! she did fine haha). After she buzzed us in, we loved the selection and the other helpful staff. We would love to come back, but we're just passing through. Check 'em out!
