I’ve been going to all the Curaleafs for about a year now, I spent at least $100 weekly on product. Usually curaleaf is a good dispo but on Tuesday 5/17/2022 it was absolutely terrible. It was terrible due to the BudTender - he said his name was “Julian.” First of all this kind has an ungodly attitude and needs to be fired immediately. When I approached the counter he didn’t even check the order was correct. He rang me up online for an eigth when I had order a half ounce and EIGTH online. When I brought this to his attention he says “oh sorry, we don’t half that strain of half o you will have to deal with just an eigth.” I was a bit annoyed as I had been looking forward to trying the new product. Julian then rolled his eyes and told me “chill it’s not a big deal” I said excuse me? You don’t tell me what is and ISNT A BIG DEAL. He flinched at me as if he were going to try to swing on me. Nobody in their right mind in my personal treats me this way. He walked away saying he didn’t have to give me any product. He went behind the counter and started talking to some brunette girl with stocky build. He said I didn’t deserve product and needed to go somewhere else: he finally returned to the counter after 10 minutes of waiting. This kid gives a bad rep to your store and honestly don’t think I will go back to this location again due to this. Please fire employees like this, dispo is meant to be peaceful not like high schoool!!!!!
Good meds at great prices. Bud tenders are always chill and knowledgeable. Never had a bad experience. Order online. I will be spending my hard earned dollars here. Gracious Curaleaf Metro💚💚💚💚💚
You would think if you ordered the same brand and same strain a flower from two different dispensaries that they would be the same correct, well Midtown curaleaf doesn't think so I ordered same Sublime brand and they seem great gas train that I ordered from a different dispensary 2 days ago to be given something completely different which I did not notice because I ordered online and I did not notice until I got home after a 5-mile bike ride to be very disappointed so I rode back five miles to the Midtown curaleaf to talk to the manager to see if we could do something about it to which I was told that it's the same flower insulting my intelligence like I don't know what I smoke two days ago I highly suggest staying away from that location reason number 1 they couldn't fill the order correctly number two had my intelligence insulted Fabian told us the same flower that I bought two days ago like I don't know the difference and number three I explain to the manager that I just rode 10 Mi total to get home and get back there to try to get what I ordered to be told I was sorry you'll be okay it will treat you good I guess that's the way they deal with customers absolutely disappointing dissatisfied never again and I go to that location at least five times a month good job losing a customer
Stopped thru on my lunch break. It was a little crowed but got in and out. Don’t remember the lady name that helped me but she was awesome. The brownies are melt in your mouth good!!
This has been my go to dispensary for quite a while now but yesterday's experience & purchase was very bad. I had a online medical order for 1 OZ.Showed up & was shuffled back so they could take care of rec.orders. There was only 4 customers @ the time & more came in while I continued to wait.Asked some Blue hair girl if they were handling med patients & all she said was in her snarky attitude that they swap back and forth, B.S on that. Next the bud was dry as a popcorn fart ! Bud was packaged a month ago. Supposedly it's 23% THC I call B.S on that. No Buzz @ all. Will never go back again !!!
Good afternoon this is dispo is the best in Phoenix I’ve come here at least 2x a month. I’ve dealt with this one lady she was very helpful with letting me know how much THC is in the preroll at the time I was purchasing a pre roll and I do remember she didn’t disappoint with what she sold me. I well be coming bk and telling my 8family member to come thru .
I have come to this dispensary because it's close to my house when I place an order for a 5 for $30 twice my order has been wrong I have asked how to order it on Leafly off Leafly they always get it wrong this time I place my order for indica's and because my order wasn't processed correctly I ended up with four sativas and one indica I'm tired of not getting my order right with this dispensary I would like someone to communicate with me about this order process I'm really thinking of not returning took any cura
