Always fast and friendly. BOGO specials are fantastic too. Great atmosphere no matter what time you stop in.

Every time I shop here, i always leave happy. Staff is great. Parking can be iffy depending on the time of day. I’ve never been disappointed after making a trip to try/med dispensary.

Jessica was super helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone from the gentleman that checked my ID, to a bedtender to remember(Jessica :) were wonderful to converse with from start to finish.

My budtender Brianna (I think, I’m horrible with names) was fantastic. The computer system was being finicky and through it all, she was very professional, knowledgeable about the products, and the atmosphere was pretty laid back too.

Everyone at Ponderosa is super friendly, very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. From the front desk, to the budtender, to the security guard, love the atmosphere and hospitality.

Dispensary was tucked away in a professional office complex, a little hard to find but the complex was quite nice. Everything was copacetic with the exception of having to fill out a form stating everything that was already on my license, but since it was first time in, I’m guessing they wanted a one time signature or something, who knows?

Everyone was super polite and very helpful. I made an order online for the Elderberry 1000mg high dose wyld gummies. It was probably my mistake but the packing is almost identical, I got home and I had gotten the CBD one without THC. I called and they told me to come in with my receipt and everything, and hopefully they would exchange it for me. We’ll see what tomorrow brings, hopefully everything works out because I drove an hour each way to get there to get these specific ones.

I found they have the best prices and deals around town. Especially for people with a medical marijauna card.

The woman that helped me with my online order was very rude to me. When I had a disagreement with her in regard to the price listed online, she immediately got snippy with me and told me even though I got a discount online doesn’t mean they have to honor it. The guy at the front door was super polite and very chill. Maybe she was having a bad day?
