I'm visiting from Seattle and made my first trip to NETA this evening. My bud tender was among the surliest people I have ever met. I walked up to his station and he held his hand out and gave me a look that I wouldn't expect from the unhappiest person at the RMV on a bad day. I asked, "does that mean you want to see my license?" He gave me a disgusted scowl and nodded his head. I had the menu and said "I want flower for camping to..." he didn't let me finish my sentence before grabbing the sheet, turning to a page, and saying "yeah any of these." I finished my sentence, saying I wanted something to hang out, chat, have fun etc, and he grunted and said, "yeah." I chose Hurricane. I then said I wanted flower for night to come down and go to sleep. He pointed to a few strains with the same air of tiredness and contempt, and I chose Blackwater, I then said I wanted an edible to chill out, an evening kind of thing. He turned to the page and grunted, "anything." He got the three items, rang them up, said, "$60." I handed him the cash. He looked at it for several seconds. Got around to counting it. Looked again. Put the cash in the drawer, put the products in the bag and handed it to me like I had just asked him to do the most horrible thing ever. He didn't thank me, say goodbye, wish me a good camping trip, or anything. I noticed that the bud tenders to his left and right were friendly and helpful and were answering their customers' questions. As I left the man at the door (I'd guess mid-20s, dark bushy beard) smiled and asked how my visit was. I told him it was horrible. He took me outside heard my story, apologized profusely, and promised it would not happen on my next visit. He took the time to hear me out and is a credit to your business. I've been buying in Washington State for years, and have never had such a horrendous experience. I know you're growing and the recreational business is new in Massachusetts, but his behavior and attitude were beyond unacceptable, and are not a result of poor training. It was simply offensive and rude. If I had other options I would have walked out the door and gone to a competitor. Had I not been so tired after a long drive I would have walked away from the counter and spoken to a manager.

I've visited here 4 times during the past year. Each time, as I wait in line, I regret having come. It's just a sad place. Sometimes ordering on line is wildly faster, but more often it is not. Last time I was there I literally waited in line for 45 minutes and as I got toward the front, noticed folks who had shown up 15 minutes prior (to the walkup line) leaving with their items. Ridiculous. I can smell the reek of mediocre management wafting off of every employee. How dare they? So sad. They for me, are selling product which hasn't been loved by anyone during it's short life, and it's painfully evident. I prefer my pot, like my burritos, to have been actually cared for at some point.

Ok wow! When I showed up at NETA I was upset and frustrated. These people talked me down got me sorted and got my first time discounts all strait for me. Free secured parking for medical... and wow the best GSC wax ever, I was very happy with the wax. This place is extremely compassionate and I will be loyal for life, thank you Noa and the NETA team, you're a god sent

Shitty since it became recreational use too. Cent keep any decent flower in stock for medical patients. Nightmare to even go over there. Imagine my disgust when I drive all the way over within 20 mins of placing my order for them to say they don’t have any of the flower I ordered. This was my first dispensary I went to and it was great. Trying to grow big without right measures in place- not to mention how they were fined for using chemicals on flower by state less than a year ago. Never coming back. Way better quality flower and variety at other dispensaries in area without the parking hassle.

As soon as they started serving recreational customers the care and compassion towards medical patients went completely out the window. It's a shame that a lot of these places that were once really good medical dispensaries are now more focused on reeling in the dough on the recreational side as medical patients either have to deal with stress with a huge amount of people or having to deal with not having what they need. I won't be returning here. Can't wait till delivery services start so that I won't have to deal with a circus sideshow.

I have been going to this place for several months until I went to commcan in millis. This place is my most local recreational shop. I hate the fact there is no parking. There is often long lines. And the environment is not that great but they did choose a beautiful building though. The flower here is good quality not dry. But the biggest problem I have with the flower is that it is not potent enough and that the selection is not the greatest. Maybe I'll come back only if they have a strain I like or they change there menu and add more flower options and up the buying limit. I hate I'm only allowed to buy a eigth.

The flower here is absolute bottom tier, but fine in a pinch. The location is cool but there’s no parking. Go somewhere else if you can.

First off want to say that as far as new patient specials, there is none I’ve encountered so far that are better than NETA’s match 50$ for 50$ up to 200$, I walked out w an oz for 150, just for that alone it’s worth it for any med patient, only catch is that you can only spend 150$ max per visit so you have to come in twice to cash in fully, it’s also the only reason I’ll ever visit NETA in the future as I was pretty unimpressed overall. Their weed is mostly very good, just way overpriced, and due to the high volume of that store all the best strains are usually sold out and they don’t update their website to reflect that.

I've been coming to NETA Brookline since shortly after it opened for medical use. The staff have always been really friendly and enthusiastic about helping find the right product for you. I feel like I can ask questions, especially silly how-to questions here without being embarrassed about my lack of experience with cannabis Since this location opened to retail sales I have found it extremely overwhelming and no longer enjoy coming here. They really have made a lot of efforts to prioritize medical patients (skip the line at the door, separate waiting area near the entrance, registers just for medical patients, not subject to quantity limits), but it is noisy, chaotic, and crowded now. I have a couple vouchers left from renewing my Rx but after I use them I don't think I'll be back.

1st trip to NETA - Brookline yesterday, so don't have a strong baseline for comparison. What I can say is that they were efficient, friendly, and fast. My order was basic: edibles and a pre-roll, and time constraints prevented me from lingering. However, total time from ID scan at door to exit was under 5 minutes (this is mid-day on a Tuesday), and the Lumens I tried last night was a pleasant experience. Will definitely return.

UPDATE 8/31 I placed my reserve ahead order at 11:54am and I never received confirmation that the order was ready for pickup until 8:43pm. what a joke on your part Neta! I will post this on every media possible. GO ELSEWHERE. THEY HAVE NO LOYALTY TO MEDICAL PATIENTS AND HAVE GONE DOWN HILL. LAST 6 RESERVE AHEAD ORDERS HAVE BEEN A COMPLETE DISASTER. (See attached time stamps for proof that they clearly suck at confirming orders!) UPDATE: It turns out they spontaneously shut off their reserve ahead ordering system at a radom time depending on business. Unfourtantley that means you have to place several orders and have them cancelled as they go through but the stock is unavailable. In addition, after 3 years shopping there they said me being a Jr. was an issue when processing my order. All in all, recreational customers are getting reserve ahead orders processed and picked up before patients. If you plan to visit after 5pm have an open mind on your selection as it will be random or cancelled. My last two reserve ahead orders have been a nightmare and cancelled. However, after waiting in line longer than anyone else they seem to have the bottom of the barrel nugs available to remedy the situation. Friendly and Efficient. Neta has been my #1 stop since they opened their Brookline doors. Flower is always of best quality. Reserve ahead is incredibly helpful. Alex was accommodating on my last visit. If you're into flower, try the Sweet Tooth!

I recently went to NETA located in Brookline,  Ma. I was unsure of exactly what I needed to get that would help or alleviate my various medical issues.  I walked in & it was  extremely busy. I could start to feel myself getting anxious. I didn't stand long before I was greeted by a woman named Lisa. She came from behind the counter and couldn't have been kinder in her approach or more professional! I was blown away. With all the patients/ customers there, she made me feel like I was the only one at that moment that mattered! I was relieved.  She took the time to listen to me, explain my options & help me! She took me to counter & I was amazed by her knowledge and ability to multitask and still make me feel secure in my decision making.  Afterwards, Lisa had what I picked out & rang everything up ! It was second nature for her. She even showed me how to hold items I bought to easily remove because it is difficult to do with my hands. She made me feel like I was the only patient there. I will be returning to this dispensary often. I highly recommend NETA in Brookline. Ma.! Outstanding experience.  Pamela S

This is really my last resort when it comes to dispensaries for medical patients. -Always waiting reserved or not. -Not able to do your order I wish they care about the service a little more.

This place is fantastic! The line was long but it moved quick. The flower here is very fresh and potent and they serve lots of varieties of strains and other cannabis products. They were well supplied and not lacking what one needed. The staff were very respectful and courteous and answered any questions. They weren't too pushy neither. The interior of the building was elegant. You will definitely benefit tremendously if you are a medical patient here because its very obvious they respect and take very good care of their medical patients. If you're medical card holder you will have cheaper and more options. As a recreational user, i found the bud to be a bit pricey especially with the 20% tax thats not included in the pricing, but u can tell it's high quality at first glance. When u smoke it, i got the strain Sweet Tooth and it gives a nice pleasurable tasty toke that will have u feeling its high effects and it will last a long time. Definitely worth buying it. Or try a pre roll or maybe some capsules. One thing for sure tho is they have products that can fit almost any budget. Some products are pricey but affordable, i am grateful i can buy a gram for $15 instead of being stuck having to buy a whole 1/8. So yeah i HIGHLY recommend this place and go check it out. U won't regret it.
