Parking is a nightmare. 13 spots TOTAL at my last visit (pre-recreational sales) I can only imagine rec sales will make it much more hectic.
Products are good, no complaints there. Decent selection available as well. New patient discounts are great.
My only issue besides terrible parking is that there always seems to be a line here (once again, I cant imagine rec sales made this any better) BUT you can avoid that by ordering ahead and picking up. Pickup is great and I was in and out in under 10 minutes.
Staff here is ok. This is the one shop I’ve been to so far that just didn’t seem to have happy workers. They were fine and I had no issues but it was the sort of interaction you’d expect from a high schooler working at mcdonalds, just kind of didn’t seem excited to be there or help people. Just my overall impression of the staff.
Traffic can be an issue depending on what time you go.

I need to update a negative review, seeing as the situation was justified and made right by a wonderful woman at Neta I spoke with. I don’t wanna give her name out(LF), but she treated me like the honest hard working human being I am, compared to the very nice but very inept assistant mngr I spoke w Sunday evening. So in hindsight, I should’ve waited a extra day and contacted somebody different before leaving a negative comment. Here’s why. LF took the time n spoke to me on the phone. Made me feel a million times better within 5min of speaking to her! Such a nice person who takes the patients ordeals into account instead of just the organization she works for. Which is fantastic btw! I am truly satisfied and couldn’t be happier with the way LF treated me. Not because of what happened, but because of the way she spoke to me and took into account my total time spent and the hassle of the whole situation. I was more than satisfied and not expecting her to do what she did. But that extra step will make me a believer in ppl at Neta or at least her when it comes to resolving a issue taking the patients time and effort into consideration. She treated me with the utmost respect. She was so very pleasant and friendly. She’s very understanding to the patients time n effort they put into getting their medicine at Neta. I know one person isn’t much, but she just saved Neta a customer vs just going down the st to my nearest dispensary. I suffer from extreme anxiety and she made me feel so much better I can breathe again! Now that’s the Neta I though I knew and loved!! They do stand by their customers just as much as their product! Unless ur a obvious 🤥 lol. Much love NETA n LF..... Hands down the best dispensary NETA in Brookline and Northampton Ma. Thanks for being so understanding LF🙂

I thought it would be such a long wait but it wasn't bad. everyone was professional and friendly and knowledgeable. ALDO was awesome he took his time and explained different things to me and was very kind. I give it a 5 star rating !!!

Insanely crowded a lot but still a good place. The Boston area definitely needs to hurry up and open more shops.

Awful parking for patients. No real good direction on where to park for patients. I can’t imagine having mobility issues and trying to go to this dispensary.
The police officer was a jerk and so were the workers in the parking lot who yelled at me when I didn’t know where to park. They apologized when I finally walked a half mile to get there and realized I am a medical patient, so I gave one star for atmosphere.
Sean (Shawn?) who helped me once inside made up for it, thankfully. Service is always amazing here.
I recommend not yelling at the people trying to give you business, especially those of us that have an actual medical need.

I’m a long time medical customer. Neta has great product and customer service. The associates are knowledgeable and eager to help. However, since becoming an adult use facility it has gotten exceptionally loud in there. My last 2 visits i couldn’t here what the associate was saying to me. As a medical patient, I sometimes come with questions to best manage my symptoms. Doesn’t really help if I can’t hear the advice. It’s disappointing, especially given there’s really nothing that can be done about it.

Poor customer service and inability to update inventory online. Drove over 40 mins only to be told sorry we sold out if 1/2 types of flower. Been going here for years and its embarrassing how far down hill this place has fallen. Mgmt needs to lean it and level up as competition is much greater now than 3 yrs ago.

Great Dispensary!!! Had issues with availability of an item and the manager expedited the availability!! I’ve never had a problem at NETA ! They care about the medical patients !!!

This place is terrible. They hand you a menu for the day and half the stuff on it isn’t available. Went in for black triangle and was told they were out. Asked for gg4 then, they were out of that too. Stood in line for 45 mins to walk out empty handed when I could have been told immediately they were out of that strain.

Always fast, friendly, and convenient. Love that they have a Reserve Ahead option via their website. Used to go to a different dispensary, but changed over to NETA.

I began as an adult user and found online pre-ordering to be easy, and even as I began to develop physical problems, the lines always moved quickly.
Now, as a medical patient, access is even easier.

I miss NETA. My first dispensary as a patient, I was a regular weekly customer for years. Now it's a recreational circus. I know they claim to give priority to patients but that's become impossible. Last time I went, a big argument broke-out at the door while I tried to get inside, then I had to wait in line for the only 2 registers set-aside for patients. It was so loud. The bud tender was totally distracted and did not talk to me at all. I still think NETA has the best flower (I miss you Jack Frost) but the culture has totally changed. It's just not for patients anymore.

Awesome! The employees are very knowledgeable and will answer every question you may have. I do recommend ordering ahead, online on their website. You’ll still have to wait in line, but it won’t be as long as the full service line.

I go to NETA for their concentrate/wax pricing. It gets pretty crowded due to rec sales, but if you’re a patient you don’t have to wait.

Terrible customer service. This place has gone downhill! Especially if you're a medical patient. Too many mistakes being made with orders, low inventory, skimping on the vape cartridges. 3/4 full not 100. They never pick up the phone and there's never parking for medical patients.

NETA is my go to for edible dose cubes. their flower is not consistant and my last visit they were nearly out of flower all together. Their prices are on the high side and getting to the location can be difficult if you don't use public transportation.

First dispensary I visited a long while ago, and it set a good standard for the rest.
Only dispensary I’ve been to where there’s the option to have budtender package your bud in front of you (kindness is rewarded with nice buds), which I think is awesome.
While the menu is rather stagnant, the quality and consistency of the flower is great. I’m a sativa guy, and highly recommend their Ghost Train Haze, Tangerine Haze, and Amnesia Haze. For a night ending head wrecker try Sweet Tooth, often weighing in at over 30%.
Deals are far and few between, but when they occur, they’re big ones...like $4.20 joints (.8 grams).
They’re the most “corporate” of any dispensary I’ve been to, and while that generally doesn’t jive with weed, it does allow for smooth transactions and consistent quality.

Wow what can I say about NETA? I've been to a few other dispesaries and each one has its own pluses and minuses, but NETA by far is the best.
What makes NETA the best? First off, the people there are so dang helpful and friendly. Always willing to answer questions or talk to you. Just overly friendly and go out of their way to help. I went one day in a bad mood, and the folks at NETA with their attitude just cheered me up (then again talking about pot always cheers me up anyways).
Customer service with NETA is key and a cornerstone of their business. They want you to be happy with your experience. I'm a big vape person, and I've had some issues with cartridges and the pens. In MA, you really can't 'return' anything that previously has marijuana in it but NETA still was able to make it right by just offering me a store credit on the defective merchandise. And they did it without hesitation (of course, after making sure the cartridge really was defective and it wasn't user error). They could have been shady and told me to 'take a hike' but didn't and happily worked with me to make it right. Awesome.
Now as far as products, I'm a big vape person because its discreet. NETA Has a wide variety of APEX RemPens and Turpine cartridges. Other dispensaries sell them, but NETA just has such a wide selection of them, along with the D-Line refills if I want to go that route.
NETA also offers a wide variety of products, so if you don't care much for smoking flower, you can eat it or vape it or munch on it. I don't think i've never left dissapointed in NETA's non-flower offerings. It really is a candy store so to speak.. just so many products to choose from.
Oh and let's not forget their flower, which they always let you see & smell before you buy. It's super good high quality, and they are always changing strains so there's always a new choice for you to try every time you go.
Overall extremely happy with NETA, and of course I will be back.
