Went here this afternoon after looking at the reviews on Leafly. Amanda?(Sorry not very good with names) was very helpful and knowledgeable in recommending strains. Ended up with the Sour OG and the Blue Dream which are doing wonders in helping my back. Many thanks, will definitely come back!!

first time here. amazing facility, phenomenal staff, above avg meds,(but not 5 star) only because my quad; one of the 1/8ths was pretty dry once i got home and opened the "freshness" pack. meds come pre-packaged like a cpl other nearby places. not sure if this is the new trend, but i'll be back despite this. HUGE flower menu, and edibles avail too! the staff is the nicest in the valley; so hats off to you guys for placing COMPASSIONATE people. If you haven't at least checked this place out, you are really only shorting yourself. great staff once again!!--- Sny

As a new patient, I received a free gram with purchase of an 1/8 or edible!! This was a fantastic deal!! With the guard outside I felt safe @ this location!! It was very beautiful inside with a friendly staff!! A++

There's so much to say...First time in here but long long time cannabis/compassion club user. I was amazed with the Sour OG and Blue dream. They were recommend to me by Kyle, who is nothing short of a knowledgeable and no B.S bud tender. My experience was perfect and I look forward to finishing this stuff and trying out something new. My first visit was a very pleasant experience and all the employees were knowledgable about the medications I was looking for. The medication I left with was Hindu skunk and a complimentary pre rolled gram of sour OG and I was extremely satisfied with the product I medicate with the Hindu after I get off work an I immediately feel relief of pain in my lower back . An on my days off I medicate with sour OG before I go for a jog an my knees feel amazing , I rarely feel discomfort in my joints. I really liked Tru med an will definitely be returning for my medications!

clinical atmosphere but very friendly staff and at tru med I've noticed the meds are always the best. would love to see emerald leaf edibles though

There is something wrong with the pre-rolls. They don't smell, taste or affect you in any way. It's like smoking ashe. I'm not even convinced it's marijuana it's that bad......No amount of " Free pre-rolls " matters when it's of such poor quality.

This was one of the first dispensaries i went to in the Phoenix area and will definitely say that it is one of my favorites. The budtender woman was very helpful at explaining different strains and made me feel very comfortable, taking all of the anxiety of buying meds completely away. They consistantly have quality top shelf strains and I have never been disappointed in there service
