tru|med Dispensary (Med & Rec)

i usualy dont write reviews but had to after my first visit here yesterday. The entire staff was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. All meds where spot on grade A quality,at reasonable prices. Worth the 40 min. drive and will def.be coming back since this has now become my new place to go for meds. THANK YOU TRU|MED FOR TAKING PRIDE IN WHAT YOU GUYS DO!!

This place is AMAZING! Not what I expected from a Dispensary at all! Not only do they have an actual security guard out front, makes you feel that much safer, then once you go in there is a friendly check in person that does all the verifying. Once your verified you are personally called back by a patient educator, and wow is this place high end! The medicine is just as high end and very reasonably priced! The entire experience was great, and I felt like I was in a medical facility, which you should feel that way when getting medicine that's needed. Also they have an actual RN on staff! I cant say enough on how amazing this place is, they are true to the name! TRUMED!! Thank you!

I saw the special of 5 free pre rolls on 4/20/14 if one bought an eighth. I called to make sure they were open today (4/20) and after asking my question, they hung up. I called again and asked if they still had the pre roll special - they hung up with no answer. Undaunted, I traveled the 17.7 miles to the site. Parking is limited. There are chairs outside for waiting patients. After giving my ID and MM card and beginning to fill out paperwork, one of the 6 patients in the waiting room mentioned there were no more free pre rolls. I asked at the counter and was told they would give me an IOU. I asked when I could pick up the free pre rolls and they said I should call first. (go back to the beginning of this review). I left without a purchase - I gave meds 1 star cause I had to post something - I don't know the quality.

YOU WILL NEVER FIND A PLACE SOOO AMAZING AS TRU MED!!!!!!!!!!!!! FROM THE LOCATION TO THE STAFF TO THE PRODUCT!!! FIRST: The best of the best, ALWAYSSSSSS consistent with the best product... I've been going there since day one and at least twice a week and they always have the best products in stock... SECOND, the staff is unbelievably nice and helpful. I feel like everyone always praises the great meds. Well Tru Med had great meds but the staff really did it for me. The girl that helped me made sure to explain how the meds are grown, which ones were best for me, and gave me plenty of options. I am not new to medical marijuana but it's always nice when the staff goes above and beyond to educate. Add a veterans discount and I will shop here above all else.

This isn't my first time here. For a while I've tried different dispensaries to see the difference in them until now. TruMed has exceeded all other dispensaries I've been to so far. They are always wonderful and know how to help you. If some one doesn't know they find out instead of just shrugging you off. Their prices are some of the best in the valley and the quality is too. They are a little further than a few others but I drive here because I know I'm not wasting my money.

well AZ look no further we finally have a place we can proudly call a medical dispensary. believe me when i say i am as picky as they come with my meds, and i was one of the first 45 people to get my card so i have been to every compassion club and dispensary alike and found maybe 3 places i was happy with, but this place shatters the competition. there meds are unrivaled in quality, there service is propt, personal, and informed, and there store is amazing and state of the art. hold on to your hats phoenix because places like this are gonna change the game and run those posers that have been trying to pass as medical marijuana establishments out of town. keep up the good work tru/meds you def have my loyal business and support.

This place has the BEST meds in the whole valley. They are totally legit and state approved. The whole staff is educated, friendly, and even when they are busy they take the time to make you feel like the only one there. Thanks for your service and see ya soon!!!

Great quality meds...only one thing turned me off was a difference in 6 dollars I didn't have with me and being a first time patient they wouldn't simply squash the tax for me so I ended up getting a lesser strain than I wanted but I am in a lot of pain so maybe I am just irritable...anyway the quality of the meds that I would liked to have gotten seemed good...I wouldn't recommend the blackberry kush for anyone in real pain though...I pretty much wasted that 100 dollars but hey now I know...overall I give Tru Med thumbs up so far..

I have checked out most of the dispensaries in greater Phoenix area and I have finally found THE ONE. Tru/Med always has a large selection of quality meds ranging from budget to premium, but they are all very good. The staff is excellent in their knowledge and a joy to talk to without being snobbish. And the fact that they test all of their product for impurities like mold and THC content makes it a no brainer that it will be my first choice for medication. Check it out, you won't be disappointed.

This by far is the best place in town right now for consistently having nothing but top shelf items at reasonable prices as well as full testing on all their flowers. I'm not just saying that because I won their reserved seating Snoop Dog aka Lion tickets. I must say it was a blast! Awesome meds and awesome team! Awesome job team! Well done!

by far the greatest quality I have found ion the valley.

Came in for the first time today with my lady and this place made us feel right at home. We are proud and good looking people who like a positive atmosphere wherever we go. We are quick to nose down or leave a place if we are not feeling the "vibe". On top of feeling the vibe we also enjoyed selection of meds. Though not the biggest they are definitely high quality, savory and displayed well in their large jars with vast amounts of bud to look at. We were helped by a very friendly guy named Johnathan and definitely would visit again. Very nice dispensary. From a true connoisseur.
