Makenzie is so so amazing! She’s sweet & easy to talk to, and always makes the process smooth and comfortable. I appreciate how knowledgeable she is and how she takes the time to point me in the right direction without ever rushing me. She’s just genuinely awesome at what she does and makes the visit that much better.

Thankyou for putting the T H C. PERCENTAGE back on menu.I thought it was wrong to leave out the percentage when this is our medicine.Thinking i might go back now since I can see what the percentages are.If they take it off again I won't be back.Also get rid of $50 DRY WEED.

I made an account just to write this review. I've been patronizing this location for 5 years. Since before it was even ZenLeaf. I don't expect to be treated like a celebrity or even recognized, but I am in at least once or twice a week to spend upwards of 300 dollars a month here. Today I came in without an online order. It's only fair that those who do that should go first. however, after I got to the front of the line. I counted 7 online orders who came into the store after I reached the front of the line get called up before me. I don't feel that treating me like a lesser customer just because I'm too lazy to place an order online was right. don't let them treat you like that. go elsewhere.

Got some trash prerolls after I asked to get the best for my buck. Trubliss would never give me some harsh ass bullshit 17 percent. It tastes trash and was obviously something they were just trying to get rid of. Turns out I could’ve got a half for less. Great.

Yesterday was my first time at Zen, unbelievable the quality and comfort my budtender guided me with knowledge of cannabis. I had the best sleep last night, plus my PTSD is calm this morning. I forget his name, but he had long hair. You Rock!!!!

Been going here weekly since before they were ZenLeaf and they REALLY went downhill in 2025. HORRIBLY rude budtender, Milushka, makes me want to turn around and come back a day she’s not working. The daily deals they offer here are super lame also. Almost never any BOGO on flower. Every other dispensary has amazing platinum quality bud with BOGO deals EVERY DAY. Will not be returning here and I will be finding a new dispensary to give my money to weekly.

Received wrong order

Was hesitant to try it since I’m so used to my old place, but I gave it a try and it was so easy! In and out, with a great discount! Will be back!

Came in for an interview that they scheduled at 11am. They told me they could not interview me because I was an hour late. Turns out, on their end, the manager was told 10am. They were extremely rude assuming I showed up late, when I was actually 15 min early for my actual interview time, and dismissed me and told me to reschedule. Horrible people, horrible deals, bad product. Seriously, do yourself a favor and go to Sticky Saguaro. There is no reason to ever step foot in this dispensary.

Personable tenders all the time

When I got there they tried to say the deal was for shake only but I showed them the screenshot of it saying small buds they were able to honor that as a one time discount so I'm really glad they honor their pricing

Horrible deals , I feel frustrated when I leave here and that’s not how I want to feel leaving the dispensary. Used to have deals and better variety now it’s over priced and the lines take forever pass if you can

Girl who was doing online was extremely rude. Acted impatient with me and shoved the bag into my hand when leaving. Shes been very rude to me more than a couple times and im now kinda tired of it.
