I have been a customer since they opened 4 years ago. Management and staff were knowledgeable, courteous and kind. I was on a first named basis. After recreational the customer experience has deteriorated dramatically. While some familiar faces remain, most of the new staff and security have deplorable social skills. Specials are gone (I get it...). Not once this year have I come out with my choice of meds. Menus are not updated, it might make more sense to list what you actually have available 😉
