I went today for the second time ever. The first time was just to get a pre roll so I was in and out. Today I had to do some math with what I could afford and the lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful with that and was very friendly and welcoming. She made the experience really nice and easy. Plus I got some of their in house brand and it’s amazing. Got some of the Live Badder. Taste amazing and is super smooth.

During my second-ever visit last week, I thought I'd lost a keepsake -- my dead dog's ashes in a spent .38 casing -- when I pulled cash out my pocket. Went back and the manager spent 10 minutes reviewing tape before saying it wasn't lost there (later found it beneath the car seat). I thought that was extraordinarily considerate of the guy, and he made a customer for life. Nothing to dislike about the products, place or people. Can't say the same about Beyond/Hello, sorry I ever stepped foot in such a sterile place, with all the charm of a WalMart and employees only slightly more engaging. Ascend is superior in every respect.

Customer service is 10 out of 10. I have been traveling to Houston for my CBD concentrates for over a month now and they finally are getting some CBD concentrates in stock because I called them and request them by far the best shop ever. Now I don’t have to go to Houston anymore. LOCAL SHOPS ARE EVERYTHING. Now they will have CBD shatter. I am so thankful and happy.

Tracey was very patient and helpful. Her coworker was very nice also. I had been curious about going and did not feel like getting dressed today due to the tropical storm and felt kind of stupid NOT being dressed or having my hair and makeup done, but they did not treat me any differently than any other customer that would have been all dressed up and that made me feel just as confident and not anxious as I had been walking in the doors!

She guided me to the strain I was looking for and proceeded to explain, in detail, the qualities and nuances of the many different strains they carry. Super deals! I was amazed at the pricing and the superb quality of their product. "Primo" would be a great descriptor of the product... I was amazed at the huge buds and the look of the flower itself. Fine bud hairs protruding like no other I have seen... almost like fresh homegrown! I did a product sampling and it was superb!!! When you go there, make sure to ask for Jarin, one of the managers for this store. All the people are very friendly and knowledgeable. Tell them what you want and they'll do their best to get what you need. They always have different sales going on and I get a text message whenever the sale items change. This last time both my son and I got 60% off everything because it was our third time in the store. They also have other discounts, like a 25% veterans discount.
