It was my first visit on Monday the 15th. Reception was friendly upon arrival. Both customer service people were very welcoming when I told them I was a first timer to Trulieve. Gave me information to review about their products and services. My purchases were high quality and will definitely do business again.

I am so thankful for the Largo trulieve team. They are amazing and go Out of their way to make you feel Like you are A person And Not just a number . They are always kind and polite . There are several managers at this location that are awesome and I would love to even have them be my boss . They're all very kind genuine and they do their job effectively and efficiently . Props to the Largo Trulieve Jen and Sam and all the people that work there truly care.

Planet13 was my first dispensary experience in FL. I come from another state with access to rec and med. Idk what these other reviews are talking about, bc I had a great experience! Staff was awesome, chatted me up about FL regs and new customer need to know info. Gave solid responses when asked about respective strains and product, everyone was on their A-game. A "pharmacist" or what I refer to colloquially as an Old Head came to the desk after I purchased a d reminded the cashier about the First Timer discount which made my purchase much less than I anticipated. I left feeling very supported and excited, will definitely return. Product is also tested and approved... by me.

I don’t have anything to say about them honestly, though I only have tried their edible gummies. The gummies here are the BEST that I have ever tried! No weird oil/weed like taste or coating on the tongue. It actually tastes like the name (my favorite is the mango) and gives you an amazing high. It’s great for my anxiety because I chew it a bit then I let the smaller pieces of the gummy sit under my tongue like I suck on them like a hard candy. This trick gets me high faster while letting it last the full time.

Malik was not only extremely knowledgeable regarding the wide range of products that I was interested in, but also made the online ordering experience enjoyable and fun. Malik really makes the process easy.I have only placed online orders twice, and both times I had the pleasure of speaking with Malik. Trust me, the professionalism is unparalleled at MUV, I would recommend calling ahead and speaking with one of these compassionate associates so they can help answer any questions you may have before you even leave your house. Surterra has a clean, relaxed vibe and a welcoming atmosphere. The budtenders are always friendly and knowledgeable, and the products are consistently top quality. Their sales are great too. Boutique experience, so much better than the Big Box dispensaries.
