Today I went in to get my goods and I had just gotten out of the hospital and the man that helped me he went above and beyond to help me! He asked if I need a chair and then I forgot to get the debit card from my husband he even went out and got the debit card from my husband! I only go to Apotheca locations in general to buy my products as I have come to trust them immensely because I know they only carry quality products! I was so happy when the Mooresville location opened as I work in Mooresville but live in another town, having this location is super convenient for my work week to pick up things and the staff is always so extremely friendly! I love how welcoming they always are to me and how they always have great knowledge for any product question I may have! I wanted to be sure I wrote a review for this location as I have for other locations that I have visited because Apotheca really just knows how to do customer service right and I wanted other potential customers to know that the staff at this location is a wonderful and helpful staff if you need guidance on products! They are always super well organized and welcoming!

What happens to the point system.??Haven't been able to accumulate for quite a few months now. Called to attention of several staff & one female employee said she hadn't been able to use hers for months also. PLEZ the old age crowd needs every bit of help we can get to deal with pain & sleeplessness.

I didn't know this dispensary was open. I have seizures, fibro and other "nervous system" problems. They had Illicit Bruce Banner, which is wonderful for all my complaints. When I walked into the dispensary, I was put as ease because the waiting room was relaxing, even with other people sitting and waiting. You don't find this is other dispensaries. I was greeted by the person behind the counter. Very friendly staff. Rewards Program sounds very rewarding, which many dispensaries only pretend to offer . So, I have a new primary dispensary. Thank you Key Cannabis!

West coast buds in NC. This place is incredible. Dispo is a business you can trust and rely on. They have consistency in the quality of their products and the best prices in the area no doubt. No place can hold a candle to this dispensary. It’s a place you can come to vibe and hangout, escape, heal, whatever you need. They’ve built a community here and the flower, y’all it’s gas. Better than gas. Genuinely everything they sell is good and you can tell the owners have experience with flower. Good cannabis and good vibes is in the DNA here.

I love my visits but I just wish they updated the list on leafly so I can look at list and decide what I wanna buy when I get there . I get sometimes u might run out of strains but 3 months ago is a very old list .please update list on leafly.love the store though in-person great ppl.
