I moved here 5 years ago and drive 50 miles away to TC to buy at the Lighthouse. Before making Lighthouse my dispensary above all others in Traverse City, I did see many other ones in TC and they were just ok to me. When I went for my first time to Lighthouse, they were very cool, knowledgable and did not try to sell you all kinds of products that you probably will not use. I found this when shopping in Ann Arbor and other places which is annoying as I am pretty savvy already and on to this behavior. My products are always there and I try to choose the popular brands that customers keep coming back for because they work well. My favorite bud tender is Lindsey because she explains things well when buying something new, and she actually asks what I am using for (if you care to share). Myself, it's chronic pain from a neck issue and I am allergic to many RX pain medications. No I do not want to take them. You will see that this dispensary is the best in Traverse City bar none! Curbside is the best!! Everyone is so friendly and helpful - i can’t thank them enough ! It’s always a smooth, accurate, quick service. I’m grateful for curbside because there are times I’m unable to go inside the store !!

I'm a medical patient and my experience with curbside service so far has been excellent. Everyone that I've dealt with, from the Budtenders to the Security Guards, have been friendly. Curbside pickup is usually a pretty quick process. I wish I knew the lady Security Guard's name, but she kept panhandlers from leaning into my car (with no mask) and asking me for money. She's very sweet but she's very stern with people bothering us medical patients... So, I really appreciate the safety that she brings. Also, Brady is my favorite Bud tender. I bring my senior dogs with me when I do my medication pickups. They look forward to seeing Brady because he always has a treat for them! Brady is also very friendly and always explains any issues that I create with my online orders. I'm also a Veteran, and I've always received my Veteran discount at checkout.

Share dispensary definitely delivers five service. The disposable I got last week was faulty. I contacted their customer service through email it's pretty easy on the website and they gave me some store credit. I came in today and left the store with three pre-rolls and a new disposable pen. I do appreciate the staff at shared dispensary for taking care of me
