My budtender did a nice job of handling the sale. She was very helpful and seemed interested in her job. The Pineapple Upside Down Cake I purchased was very good!

Would like to say how clean and attractive the Big Rapids store was, a big variety of house plants in the foyer was very appealing! The show room was tastefully done and showcased a very nice variety/selection of products. I may not be an expert but I know friendly, helpful and knowledgeable when I encounter it! Those qualitites were in corporated in Mike, our salesman and his co-salesperson, Kelly, to a "T". Due to their excellent service, and quality of product, I will be back and don't be surprised if I bring a friend! Please do NOT publish my name and email address! THANK YOU!

Timber is the best dispensary, the nug master is the best bud tender in michigan hands down! Efficient, knowledgeable and knew exactly what to give us for pain relief. Appreciate you Alex

I stopped by the Hastings MI Lumberjack store (2nd time), but this time I bought the Flower of the Day, Superboof. Very nice smell from the package, smooth smoke, and a nice daytime buzz. The folks there are super friendly and had a 25% discount for the Flower of the Day. The store smells great and has a lot of other things to offer (I'm mostly interested in flower). I'll stop by the Dowling store some time soon to see what they have going on. One thing, I didn't recognize most of the strains for sale. I was hoping for some Sour Diesel or Blue Dream (common sativas) but they didn't have any of those older strains. Maybe that's good, they carry new hybrids for something different to try.

Just awesome all around shop!! They have the friendliest people working there who are always so knowledgeable and helpful. I always have fun and leave happy.

Awesome experience! Long read, BUT please take the time. I couldn't have asked for a better first-time experience for ALL of this. For this being something that's typically "scary" for first time users, you won't have that experience here. A little about my AMAZING experience. When I arrived, I was welcomed by the "door checker." It was chilly out and my first time (One page questionnaire to best serve you) and the "door checker" done his best to quickly sign me in, ensuring I wouldn't get cold. Once signed in I was brought in and asked preference in product to try. Once decision was made, I was taken to the next employee for the next step in the process. I was lead through the process and informed about the different perks/benefits in each of the different product options, ensuring I was comfortable, and knew what I was looking at, before proceeding. Once I chose my products of choice, I was informed of total and given a free T-Shirt, coke-can cooly, and a 20% discount, JUST for being a first-time customer. Paid for products, the products were explained and how to navigate use, if wasn't familiar. Was informed the benefits of each thing that was in the product I purchased and the things it could help with. Was then given an information sheet with the different benefits of things in the products and pharmacist information, should I ever have any questions. Then, was handed my purchased products and walked to the door. There's so much concern, care, love, knowledge, & passion, in these employees & what they do, that it's impossible for it to go unnoticed. For example, the employee that helped me with my decision in product, based on my needs AND preferences, stepped out with me to ensure me that I wasn't alone in my journey and not to be ashamed. That there was no such thing as a dumb question. They were all there with knowledge of different levels and if one didn't know another would. They learn from the pharmacist regularly, in varies ways. Didn't rush me off. Let me talk as long as I wanted/needed. Definitely made sure I knew I was welcomed back anytime. Also informed me about the delivery service option, should I ever want/need to use it. Before the end (and many times during) they ensured me it was ok to ask questions if I had any. The Price and Value are equally important to me and $90 an oz. for 24% exceeds my criteria. The staff have been so helpful, it's a great environment. I brought a friend who also lived it

Came to Michigan for a girls trip. We stopped by a few dispensaries but this dispensary was, hands down, our absolute favorite. Very helpful, knowledgeable staff. The budtender was very passionate about the products and the manager even came out to assist us. 10/10 I'd go back, even if it was a little out of the way. Keep it up guys!

Well if you want a quality producs..This is the right place for you it has a ton of good stuff and many options you will be pleasantly surprised and they will not all be brown ....you will be hard pressed to find brown here i was impressed...The reason I go to them it is always quality stuff amd they have a nice varieties..But not way overwhelmingas they dont sell a buch of crap here...The staff was awesome as well at least they were to me lol.. You can as well view smell so many different options as well...All around a great experience I will continue to give them my business.....You can't beat these products anywhere else that's for sure..I am a long time smoker and have not seen the quality anywhere else ...The edibles they sell are as well on point so all and all you can't go wrong with this place...It is for sure my first choice!!!!

I was super anxious for my first visit to a dispensary and the atmosphere and people working were great! Super kind and calm environment. I was in and out with what I needed in no time and will be back again soon!

All these crazy reviews is funny anyway staff always are big help the door is always answered phone rings twice and someone picks up every time I go in they playing some good jams and just living it up and that’s what it’s about glad to be a patient there
