My wife and I have been using Cloud Nine in Grande Isle for the past two years and have always received great service by staff. Their deep level of respect and spot in recommendations have been greatly appreciated. As an example, we were there tonight and needed a product to help my wife sleep, which is hard for her to do because of arthritis. The young man there (I wish I got his name) knew immediately what she needed and he was exactly what you want to see in these important roles: knowledge and an ability to seamlessly glide into a customers demeanor of needing a guide, an ear, a shoulder and a genuine interest in his/her situation. When we got home and researched his recommendation, it had everything that my wife needs in it. All of the staff we've worked with are great and their products are high quality. As close to a California dispensary in my opinion, the prices are perfect for anyone on a budget , allot of options, staff is personable, professional and friendly

I loved everything about this place. It was very organized and welcoming. The kind woman on the floor knew everything there was to know about strains and she was extremely helpful. They take card and cash and have discounts/sales. The website is easy to navigate and the store hours are good for someone that works a 9-5
