My guy Cole was a gem to work with, from start to finish he was very informative and knocked the recommendations out the park. Hands down got love this place, not to mention the pricing is unbelievable. Anyone looking for "rec" or "medical" this place will have you covered.

It was my first time shopping at this little shop, I will be going back soon. The atmosphere of the shop is very chill and lively. The selection of flower is pretty good. The overall service, I personally wouldn't give them just 5 stars, 5 stars seems like too low of a score. This crew went above and beyond not just in asking but also listening. Yes, I will be heading to Madrid again soon! It's worth the drive!

Hands down the best dispensary in Western Colorado. The best products at the best prices, in an absolutely stunning environment. Budtenders are warm, welcoming & knowledgeable. Icing on the cake is the showcase local artists every month!

They are super helpful, respectful of all needs, and efficient. They have a wide selection of brands in all concentrates, bud, cartridges, edibles, pre-rolls, you name it! Highly recommend seeing this group of good people!

This is my store period! Every since I first walked in the door 3 months ago I have had nothing but great experiences with the staff and the selection, the deals, loyalty program and the atmosphere. The staff really are top notch, friendly knowledgeable, I don't/ won't shop anywhere else, I am a proper cannabis customer for life.

I absolutely love this place. There is always plenty of knowledgeable staff to assist with anything you need. They have always had what I need or wanted. The store has plenty of variety of strains and or brands. While I will always be open to other dispensaries to check them out, this one is my go to. Still learning names of everyone so I cannot call out any particular person for their excellence but really it doesn't matter because everyone there is amazing. I highly recommend this place!

We came to Durango back in 2019 and meet Dave. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to share his knowledge with us. We came back to Durango (2025) and retuned to Mountain Annie’s hoping to see him again. To our delight he was there with the same friendly smile and helpful attitude. So this was my first visit and it’s been on my short list for a long time…. When walking in I was greeted my a nice man and an extremely hot entry way. Once entering the store front it was cool and ac was definitely working. I was greeted by Cass, let me tell you Cass Knows Her Stuff!!! I Was Very Much Impressed With Her Knowledge & Understanding Of What And Why I Needed What I Came For. I’m Just Finishing Up With My Last Bag From My Zip, & Last Cart. That Flex Fuel Was My Favorite Purchase Overall For My First Visit & This Was Well Worth The Wait & Highly Suggest This Company (& Cass).
