This is my absolute favorite spot to visit whenever I’m in New York City. The quality of their products is exceptional, and the customer service is truly top-notch. I came in today for the 8/20 super sale today and I was being helped by Serena. While waiting on my medication to be dispensed I noticed a very polite bud-tender Aja was handling a very disgruntled customer. He was very rude to her and not at any point in time did she break her cheerful character. She saw the sale to the end with a smile and a positive attitude. Aja should be commended on her sales and customer service skills. Please done let these actions go unnoticed.

Friendly staff. They have a fairly wide selection of strains, growers and price points along with a variety of deals. I will return. Was told delivery soon to be available

Zip is a Micro-Dispensary and consumption lounge that has some of the best flower around. The informed and friendly staff are able to take their time with you. No rushing or corperate remediated weed at zip. They are started by a local plumber and the grower has beed caregiving for almost 20 years growing some of the industries best bud! Zip has over 20 strains grown in house with care. There are infused prerolls and beverages. My favorite special right now is the DIY Infused preroll kit. It comes with 14 Prerolls, 2G distillate swizzle stick brush from Wilson Cannabis. Go check out their outdoor consumption lounge sometime.

I don't know about their smoke but their clones have been top shelf. I still have the Huge Fat budded Elvis OG and a Lemon Kush I got there and I love them. They did a good clone selection. I wish I could get another Sweet Black Angel because that was pretty good. It had a nice tight bud with a delicious blackberry flavour with a decent effect. I was sad to see them stop offering clones since they have all been great and clean.

My favorite dispo hands down. I drive nearly 2 hours for them and I am never disappointed. They are always quick to mend a problem if there is one (forgot to grab my wax but held one for me the next time I came in) love the place! I dont want them to open up for rec though, keep that wonderful flower for medical patients only ;)
