SOTM is the very finest retail store that I've ever been to, and not just Cannabis dispensaries, but all types of retail stores!!! The staff is amazing! Three people that have helped me in my purchase decisions and that treat customers like friends are: Will, Emerald and the owner, Ronnie. Will is very friendly and knowledgeable! Ronnie is a model business owner who works the sales floor often and he knows how to please his customers with his vast Cannabis knowledge, his amazing product variety, his great pricing, his enjoyable, upbeat personality, and his customers come first priority!!! Drove over 90 minutes to their Northampton location to actually be able to say that I am now getting my stash directly from Cheech & Chong at their own storefront. As someone who truly appreciated their films in their youth. It fulfils a 21 year long dream of mine. It was an amazing photo worthy experience I will always remember. I have chosen The Hempest as my favorite pot shop in Northampton. It reminds me of the Oregon Coast shops I used to live near. The product has been top notch. the folks there are friendly, the prices are fantastic. There is a nice vibe in there, people are enjoying working there, this is a good spot.

I recently purchased a sour tangie cartridge while it gets you extremely messed up with a nice happy, creative high the taste leaves a lot to be desired. If the name indicates a tangerine flavor I didn't notice it on inhaling or exhaling at all. It tasted, to me, a bit on the mediocre side. But it manages get you extremely high.

You can tell she’s very knowledgeable about the products she carries, and she made the whole experience easy and comfortable. I appreciated how patient and informative she was while helping me choose something that would be right for me. Great place but a little disappointed after driving 45 minutes to find they wouldn't honor what was on my invoice, saying 1 ounce was the limit. If so, they shouldn't have sent back the Leafly invoice showing my more ordered products if they weren't going to fill it all.

The staff were both very knowledgeable, the store was greatly presented, I love the strains we got. My Wife liked the Blue Lobster, my favorite was the Hash Burger.
