Great Service & Friendly Staff at Fresh Green Dispensary (Wornall Location) I recently moved back to the neighborhood and have been checking out different dispensaries, and I think I’ve found my new go-to spot at Fresh Green on Wornall! From the Earth is great, but I really appreciate the prices and the personalized attention I get here. Today, I was helped by Danny, and she was absolutely amazing—patient, knowledgeable, and so kind. I had a ton of questions (and didn’t have much to spend), but she took the time to explain everything and never made me feel rushed. It’s the kind of service that makes you want to come back. Definitely making Fresh Green my home dispensary and excited to start racking up rewards. Highly recommend if you're looking for great service and good deals!

I visited Kush Gardens Woodward April 17, 2026. I got a gram of Lime Sorbet concentrate for dabbing and 2 28-preroll packs. I was informed by the budtender that I qualified for the 4/20 promotion for spending at least 60 bucks in a single transaction. For less than 20 cents, I was allowed to purchase a 4/20 goodie bag. The choices were Sativa, Hybrid, Indica. I received 4 regular pre-rolls, 1 infused pre-roll, a gram of concentrate, a full Banana goat cartridge for a battery pen, and a package of edibles. I hope I remembered all the goodies! For MMJ, I love Kush Gardens Woodward!

But I bought my sister from Greenlight and she loves the customer service and happy atmosphere. Ive been coming here over 5 years and I feel pretty rough and the smiles on your faces are awsome! Stay cool always. They said it was bad. Whoever they are they slip through the drive through. I see you. Please dont be ashamed. Go inside at least once for the experience. I didn't know this dispensary was open. I have seizures, fibro and other "nervous system" problems. They had Illicit Bruce Banner, which is wonderful for all my complaints. When I walked into the dispensary, I was put as ease because the waiting room was relaxing, even with other people sitting and waiting. You don't find this is other dispensaries. I was greeted by the person behind the counter. Very friendly staff. Rewards Program sounds very rewarding, which many dispensaries only pretend to offer . So, I have a new primary dispensary. Thank you Key Cannabis!

He is funny and kind and even though i had negative things to say in my last review, he understood and made a joke that only good reviews could be turned in. oops! anyways, he restored my choice to keep using this location. give that man a raise or buy him lunch! 10/10 guy.
