Been coming here regularly for almost four years. When I moved here, I tried every dispensary in town. It didn't take me long at all to choose Lume as my favorite in the area. I've never had a poor experience, whether I shop in store or place an online order they always have what I'm looking for and the order is correct. Many employees recognize me and call me by name, that goes a long way toward creating a comfortable yet professional atmosphere. I never get the hard sell here! I think that's my #1 reason for choosing Lume Jackson

I opted for pickup, so I can't speak to the delivery service. I placed a large order here and was able to pick it up within a few hours. I pulled into the parking lot and someone was waiting for me. They brought my bag right out and we had a pleasant chat for a minute before I was sent on my way. The bud is high quality, what I'd expect for the advertised prices. I have my eye on a specific strain, and they made it a point to let me know when they would have more in, which I appreciated. There is nothing I can reasonably think of that would have made my shopping experience better. 5/5 all around

These guys are off the charts amazing as far as their knowledge and service. They always answer all of my questions thoroughly and patiently and always have some excellent recommendations when I am looking to try something new. When I was TOTALLY hopeless that I would be anything but sick on these next two days because the methadone shuttle didn't pick me up, this place came through in flying colors at the last second and helped me to survive two days of being without my regular meds. The quality of the products here are awesome and they deliver to you! I love the place!

Been coming since August 7th ‘24! Everyone there is friendly and helpful, they have a decent amount of stock and decent prices compared to some other dispensary’s in Ohio!

Love this dispensary. I go up to Maine fishing often and glad I stumbled upon this place. Excellent selection, cute store and friendly helpful staff. I have a hard time finding strains that treat me well. Often get high anxiety. Garden Girls strains all are incredible, level and kind to me. Cindy 99 white widow, Girl Scout cookies and northern lights all were fantastic. I have a hard time smoking weed from anywhere else at this point because theirs is just so good!
