I've been meaning to write a review for a while but just am getting to it. I give this store 5 stars simply because of the customer service alone. Simple check in process, where everyone I've talked to has greeted me with kindness and information on what to do next. When walking into the store, employees are always helpful and ready to assist. I will say specifically, I am always impressed about one individuals customer service. I'm not sure if she is Curaleaf Newark manager or assistant manager but I believe her name is Maddie. And if this is not correct spelling then I do apologize but she's the woman with black bangs and star wars tattoos. She absolutely excels at speaking to people with respect and walks every customer through the buying process and/or the next steps on how to pay on the card reader. What's good about an employee like her is that other employees see the standard that she sets and very easily creates a culture with in store that brings customers back. If possible, I'd suggest giving her a raise on top of all the good work she is already doing for the company. At the end of the day I never went out and picked a specific location to buy my THC products until now. Newark location has absolutely won my business and I'll be back many more times. - T.R. Aidan was excellent! He’s helped me before, & always puts me at ease. Everyone always has a smile when you walk in, & they are always helpful & are very knowledgeable about cannabis products. I’ve been back a number of times now, but I’m still a dummy when it comes to choosing the best strain & strength for my chronic pain. There’s a vast selection of items to choose from that are nicely displayed & you can always find a lots of items on sale. I highly recommend the Bourbonnais store when you’re in the the area!

The RISE Medical Marijuana in Christiansburg is an excellent store. I have been to the store several times over the last 2 years. Joe and the entire staff are always so welcoming and helpful. Recently I had a product that was not helping me and I wanted to return the unopened product. Even though it was well beyond the 14 day period for returns, the staff gave me a small credit towards my next purchase. Besides the great staff, the store is very professionally kept and always clean. I highly recommend the RISE Medical Marijuana in Christiansburg

I live in Hot Springs. So my two choices locally are Suite 443 and Green Springs. At least for now, Hot Springs is getting the last dispensary (Arkansas state law caps the number of dispensaries to 40 and we have 39 right now). Anyways. I believe because we only have to choices that's why the prices in Hot Springs are especially bad even for Arkansas prices and that's say quite a lot. Basically everything, be it flower, vape carts, or concentrate are all more expensive than basically any other dispensary in the state. Including Arkansas Natural Products, Custom Cannabis, Berners, High Bank (funny since that is Suite 443's sister store), The Treatment etc. On average everything at Suite 443 and Green Springs is $10-$25 more expensive, sometimes even more. It's gotten to where their sale prices everyone loves to praise are just what other dispensaries charge every day. But that means you better be free to go that day (with one days notice the night before), have the money that day, and hope what you like is on sale. Plus, if it's an event sale like 4th of July, or the 710 sale you will have to wait in line for ~20-25 minutes just to get in. But not only do we only have two choices, but Green Springs only sells products from half of the 8 harvesters. No Carpenter Farms, Osage Creek, Bold (though I'm fine with that), or Delta/Rev. So, if you want any of their products Suite 443 knows they are your only choice (unless you wanna drive about an hour each way to Custom Cannabis or further, deal with the interstate etc). And go figure Green Springs just prices 99% of everything they do carry the same prices as Suite 443. Ever since I found out ANP delivers to Hot Springs about 3 weeks ago, I haven't set foot in Suite 443 or Green Springs. And everything I've ordered has been significantly cheaper than the price at Suite 443.

Great prices and SUPER helpful staff. just tell em what's broken and they will find the flower that fixes it. The only 2 things I could say I would change is 1. They treat ptsd and severe anxiety patients. yet the waiting room is tiny and always full. 2. Not really much they can do here, but newer champion strains. They do rotate frequently to stay on top of the newest strains available in this area and they have awesome staple strains. It just sucks reading and seeing award winning new herbs (first class funk)(jigglers)(permanent marker)and have no hope of trying it before its been bred out of existence. This is not naturals fault though. Its the growers and supply chain.

I’m at cloud 9 weekly for their amazing deals and for the friendly atmosphere that has been present every time I’ve come in!

Usually have everything I want just a little higher priced than I'd like but it's acceptable.

I come there twice a month from New Martinsville area and always been happy with prices and everything about this place until today prices are way up and way to much for taxes but I'll still be there as always love the employees there I've always had a great experience .Prices should go down tho it's getting to be to much
