I can't remember the managers name but she is awesome. I love that she set up a profile for me so that I can keep track of the things that I felt did not work as well as the things that did work. I've shopped at multiple Puffy locations and they all have been worth revisiting. The Kalamazoo store is my favorite though. Friendly staff, knowledgeable budtenders and great flower selections.
