Would like to say how clean and attractive the Big Rapids store was, a big variety of house plants in the foyer was very appealing! The show room was tastefully done and showcased a very nice variety/selection of products. I may not be an expert but I know friendly, helpful and knowledgeable when I encounter it! Those qualitites were in corporated in Mike, our salesman and his co-salesperson, Kelly, to a "T". Very chill and knowledgeable staff; excellent addition to the neighborhood for convenience reasons, but also excellent to be lgbt and poc owned and operated.

They offer recreational and medical at this location as well as a medical monday discount. I enjoy coming here and they make the process smooth and easy. Of course i always pre-order, that helps to have a good system in place, which they do!

Timber is the best dispensary, the nug master is the best bud tender in michigan hands down! Efficient, knowledgeable and knew exactly what to give us for pain relief. Appreciate you Alex
