Well apparently there was a BOGO deal going on and on Leafly it said no deals. So I paid way more than I needed too. Thanks for that. So the couple items I did have that were BOGO I asked if I could double and I got attitude for a bit. Then I asked how long is the sale and the lady said "I don't know that's up to corporate" and said it with attitude too. She did go back and grab the extra products but apparently had a hard time being organized and efficient. Overall that was the first time there o ever had a problem so I'll count that as a one off. But still. Not cool.

I placed an online order and waited until it was ready to pick up. I went in and had to wait in line with the walk-ins. You then get to go stand in the back room filled with people. The employees are moving as slow as possible and having long conversations with people. The whole room was full. They would just take whoever made it to the front first and didn't prioritize medical or online. Why would I place an online order just to come in and have to wait in the rec line for 35 minutes. Everything about this place has gone downhill. The area is horrible and the security is inside the second room with no way to see the lobby or parking lot. Honestly horrible customer service and a safety issue. The woman behind me did it online so her car wouldn't get broken into but still had to wait in the rec line. I have a medical condition and asking me to stand in line for 30 minutes is insane. There are no chairs either. All chairs have been removed. Go anywhere else. They don't care about your comfort, time or your safety here. Medical patients.....don't even bother. They treat you like rec and make you wait in a long line of walk-ins. Sad I have been going here since it was SWELL.

This place sucks, everytime I do an online order they have 1 person working the online orders and it takes just as long as a walk-in. Do a walk-in and they’ve got 2 people working online and 3 people works my walk-ins. Get your shit together.
