very helpful budtenders that help me get good deals and good flower. the one downside is how crowded the waiting room is, always.

Service extremely helpful with answering any questions, suggesting products , and making conversation for an over all fantastic experience and deals to keep me as a recurring customer!!

DONT EVER PICKUP FROM TRUMED- Their pickup process is a disaster, went there today and had to still wait in line as if I was a normal patient just walking in, even though I had already made an order online and they confirmed it. I was in line for 20+ min, for a PICKUP order... Also once I did get in, they were missing one concentrate and 2 edibles so we had to restart anyways as if I was a walk in patient. TruMed is known for the Drip concentrates which I would say are really good compared to most brands. The rest of their products are so so and can probably be found cheaper at other dispensaries or the same price other than their home brands. If your near the area or they have a BOGO deal I would recommend them as a WALK IN patient. The people are friendly and helpful, just the process is flawed. If you plan on doing a pick up order I would stay away if you don't want to wait forever. Also if you live far, might be better to look in nearby dispensaries with more competitive prices and similar quality products.

Trumed has overall great service to it's customers, which includes opening early at 7 am before most dispensaries in metro Phoenix AZ

The place was very clean and organized very good deals I will highly recommend.

I’m not sure if it was recreational or poor management that’s caused the decline in this place. I bought a half oz of some melon fizz, part of the current top shelf line up. Instead of the sour melon/ candy terps that comes along with this strain, it smelled like hay. I get if it’s your first time growing weed and you don’t understand the curing process but I feel like trumed should be a bit more on point than that. But it’s not like I spent $220 on a half oz of trash and 45 minutes in the lobby for a to go order on a Wednesday morning. O wait….

This dispensary is the bomb!

Please Tru, bring back some of the classics.....Gutbuster, MAC, Headstash (#1), Animal Cookies ( i know, it's been years), Banana Diesel (again its been years, but greatest day time smoke ever manufactured).
