Great customer experience an lovely product

I freaking love this place I come every two weeks, and sometimes they get deals that make me come in even sooner. Everyone who works here are absolutely inviting and amazing, and I appreciate each and everyone of them.

Shopping at TruMed is always a wonderful experience. I look forward to getting off the airplane in phoenix and going to TruMed to reup for my stay. Some of the best flower and concentrate ever.

I was surprisingly overjoyed that I received such great customer service. All of my questions were answered and I even learned more about different strains.

I love this place for a yearly pre-roll totally worth top shelf quality. no purchase is necessary but again it is only an annual thing. almost done with this third sentence hope you will enjoy yours too.

The bud tenders are always super nice, knowledgeable and they make sure you get the deals and best pricing. The quality of Drip products is top tier and doesn’t give me the hangover I get from Timeless or Select. I go out of my way to go here.

well first of how can a cannabis company get away with selling products that are nine months old! because i bought two items a unknown pre roll amnesia haze the date on it was 06/23. which is way to old! and i also purchased a diablo cannagar. the date on that was 10/23 . not as bad but it should still be sold or removed from the sales floor . especially when it cost is much as if does. it should be way fresher. even if the shelf life is 12 months! also i placed a pick up order / express order . and in know way was it express ! it took way longer then it should have . cause when i go to other dispensaries express means just that . in and out in less then 10 min. which is what i expect to waitand be helped not 20 to 30 minutes.

Been coming to trumed since trumed opened. if youre a real smoker you will love the quality. The service here is better than anywhere else in az john the owner really takes good care of his customers. The staff tries for how busy they are and it shows. If youre grabbing alot always check your bag sometimes they grab you the wrong stuff but for the most part 10 out of 10 for these guys they been killing it for years out here.
