Very slow service. Took 45 minutes

first time patient and i didnt get a free oz as advertised, only a quarter of flower and half gram pod. is that normal? i did buy over $50 in product. cool place tho. reminds me of old dispos in cali.

I like literally everything about this place the products the staff but I seriously hate that it’s basically pointless to order online literally makes no difference whatsoever I once had a friend come with me and order on the spot while I ordered online to compare the difference as we walked in at the same time and I was shocked to see him get called up first despite having ordered a hour ahead

They've lost my business since they quit putting the non-sauce cartridges on the bogo rack. I used to come here for a lot more than that, weekly. My reason to show up was the bogo rack, but i always divulged into the buy 2 get one as well for other products. Once they can get the bogo rack together again, ill visit. Ive yet to see a decent way to notice the bogo deals on the menu, but maybe its just because they are never there anymore. I was spending $150 - $200 a week, now I've quit smoking and I actually feel a lot better. Thanks for bettering my life TruMed!

Yes I like to convenience of the location, but the service was kind of shabby My budd tender didn't seem Like he Had product knowledge or cared to give me my first time. Customer choice of What free quarter ounce I Could get He offered me no choices. He just handed me the bag Kinda lame, but the product is good and that I'm grateful for.

I would highly recommend Tru|Med to anyone living in the Phoenix area. They are definitely one of the better Dispensaries with High Quality Buds. Their house strains are my favorites, I would suggest that you try them at least once. The Staff are very friendly and they actually surprised me on how knowledgeable they were. Service was fast a d the overall atmosphere makes you feel so welcomed. Not to mention that the location phenomenal with lots of parking so getting in and out is a breeze. Definitely put Tru|Med on your bucket list. You would be doing yourself an injustice
