What is Blue Widow?

Blue Widow is a favorite strain that provides consumers with both uplifting and calming effects. These flowers will have a strong sweet aroma that may also include sour citrus or pine. The buds can be colorful, with tints of blue and purple, and should have a coat of long orange hairs. Slightly indica-dominant, this Widow plays against type, growing taller than most indicas and providing more mental, heady effects. In higher doses, the blissful relaxation this strain provides may lead to drowsiness and help you get to sleep. A cross between Blueberry and White Widow, Blue Widow is sometimes also called Berry WhiteWhite Berry, and Blue Venom.

My experience with Blue Widow is that it is THE MOST EFFECTIVE PAIN KILLER for neuropathy ("false nerve pain") of any cannabis strain. And it does not make me clumsy as do most Indicas. This is my new favorite, hands down.”

“Not sure if it’s the old age of the weed or if it’s a major creeper, but it eases in subtly without much mental impact. Similar to cold medicine in the way it provides cozy uplifting mood and slightly disconnected head space. You can feel the high ever so slowly deepening both mentally and physically. The serenity of the widow is a perfect foil to the blue’s racy tendency. The two balance each other in a way that all...”
