The process was professional, simple, and when a foul-up on the part of the state put a speed bump in the road (one state computer talking a different language than another), they were on the phone on a weekend ready to assist. I don’t think I have met such a down to earth doctor in my life. He was so sweet I could just feel the anxiety leaving my body, crazy as it sounds. Online signup form was quick and simple, spoke to a representative at Mango Medicinal to schedule a tele-meeting with the doctor, and they were very helpful. Doctor was also very nice on the phone, not rushed at all, and I received my card in just a few days, not even a week.
