It’s not even the price increase that gets me. I was in the day before they changed their point system with no notification about the upcoming change. Had they communicated with their customers I would have used my current points and would still be coming back. As it is, the points are worthless to me and I haven’t been back. All it would have taken is a small amount of communication and you’d still be getting my money. Oh well. I wish you luck.

Quality will always be there with TruMed, and I understand a price increase but no price breaks after a quarter is absolutely absurd. What are you thinking exactly?

This place has really turned it around on prices, customer service, etc. They have the best flower in the valley across all their tiers. I recommend the Golden Delicious by Muv.

The fifty five dollar eighths gotta go. Most of the flower is dry and the quantity to choose from seems to be lacking lately. Always nice people, but they aren't nice enough for me to spend my whole paycheck for dry bud. Probably won't be back any time soon.

Use to love coming here. Price and quality matched up great. Unfortunately, they've decided to overprice their selection with terrible testing numbers, I don't think I'll be back until they fix one or the other. Tru Med will charge you the same but it will be ten times better.

I love the true deli style. a lot of places will tell you they do deli style but won't sell you 1.8grams if that's what you want or can afford. keep it up. love seeing your bud at other dispensaries too.

Disappointed in the overall communication so far and lack of organization. Second visit and already had to walk out on a 110 dollar order due to a communication error of all things. May never come back after this. quality medicine though. I'll give them that.

the check in service is abysmal every time I come here. bud tenders standing around with no one to tend to while they have a waiting room full of people waiting for the girl at the front to check people in. they need to fix this or I may stop coming altogether.
