Placed an online order that took over 3 hours to let me know it was ready....then get to the window the order I placed wasn't the one on sale.... working in a dispensary I know that Leafly allows budtenders to reach out to patients to let them know their order is not correct or issues with the order which never happened....got taken to the back to fix the issue but did not get the product I wanted
this place is amazing. excellent staff, great deals, clean and organize, low crowds cause they care about their patients but move quickly to take care of everyone! just an awesome place I will recommend to everyone as long as this place stays great. big shout out to Douglas!
the location is great, building is semi small but works for now. picked up on their Oz special around Thanksgiving and need to reup and still getting special great place
what a joke! I went there as a first-time patient, and twice corrected the bud tender on the kind of flower I was asking for....mind you I'm spending money and having to tell the person twice which weed I wanted, and I still got the wrong kind. when I called to ask about it I got no answer and the voicemail is full. when I emailed them nobody replied back to me. gonna leave a review on Yelp and contacting the better business bureau cause this how you want to treat a first time patient I might as well go to a shittier dispensary and actually get the weed I asked for.
first time going here pretty awesome place. didn't take too long to do the first patient check in. they had an awesome half ounce sale that they let me know about as soon as I was there along with their other specials. Emily helped me she was very nice and professional. I had a question she didn't know the answer to and instead of making something up she took the time to look it up and get me the correct information. Also double-checked the final check out price to make sure everything was correct. will definitely be checking this place out more.
I'm at the place right now. my man Damon is on point. hooked me up with what I was looking for and hopefully some new good bud. I was like a dollar short totally helped out so I didn't have to eat a 3.00 ATM fee. not saying they always do that but that was chill as shit.
