David recommends checking out Aphex Twin’s disturbing “Come to Daddy” music video because, in his words, “I like being scared/horrified.”

“This music video is what nightmares are made of, so I’d recommend a strain that’s going to help you sleep at night. God’s Gift is a nice, heavy indica strain with a high THC content to help invite sleep. Good thing THC is also known to suppress dreams and nightmares.”
